    We went here my boyfriend and I to purchase a car. She worked a while on the deal and we got an approval. Well the lady lied about income for my boyfriend and the bank refused to fund the car which means we had to return the car.

    On 6-27-2023 i purchased a car from Safeway Auto Finance dealership. I down a cash deposit of $3,500 on a 2018 white Kia ******* On that same day, I noticed there where a few repairs that needed to be done, and they promised to fix them (the piece that goes under my steering wheel and my warning light was on (wire issue) ). They also told me that they changed my breaks, rotors, windshield wiper and tune up and oil change on my car. I was told there wasnt going to be any issues with my car which later I found out thats wasnt true. Two weeks after I purchased my car, I referred people to them and later that week my car started to have issues. My breaks and rotors went out, the car battery died (had to purchase a new one) there was glass in the set belt buckle, found out I had no tire sensor on my front tire and my car smelled like old oil. I expressed my concerns to the dealer they told me to bring my car back and they will fix it but still havent fix other issue that was already promised for the car. After going back forth with them they only wanted to fix stuff little by little (breaks and rotors on 1 tire at a time). I stopped referring people to them after 30 days had passed the issues have became worse. I started have wire issue. I expressed that concern to the dealer and was told it was nothing they could do because its was passed 30 days. I asked can they fix the repair that was promised to be fix when I purchased the car I got no response. Im still have the same issue with my car, I got pulled over by the police that thought my car was stolen due to the repair not being done that was promised. I also asked can I do a trade in for another vehicle. I was told that Ill have to wait to my car payments is down or come with $4,000+ to put down on another car. Upon looking at reviews other people are having the same issues with this dealership. Further more I was told by a mechanic that they might have sold me a stolen car and never made the repairs.

    I brought a car and they told me it was in good condition. Then a couple of days later it started having trouble. I took it to their mechanic about 4 or 5 times and they told me everything was ok but it wasnt. I took it to another mechanic and they told me it was my radiator, coolant and thermostat. Now I have to pay 700 dollars for everything to get fixed.

    Customer bought the vehicle as-is. Also customer does have an extended warranty where he can take the vehicle to any mechanic shop he chooses to get work done under his warranty.
