    This business claims I received services from them back in 2020. I have communicated with them and every collection agency that has contacted me that I never been to that clinic, hospital or any affiliated to them. When I request for details about the service I received they never send it or send a vague letter stating that I owed an debt and the amount. I have written a letter specifically asking them to send me detailed information about the service they claim is my debt. This is not my debt. I only seek medical treatment from Community Healthcare Network so that all my medical history is already in the files. I have also asked them to cease and desist since they can't provide me with the details of the service they are claiming I owe a debt for. I have asked the creditor to provide these details as well.
