    Take 2 of my cars there. After my ****** started acting funny I checked my oil it was way over full. I then checked my ***** same thing. I called they dumped some of the oil out. Both cars were over at least 1 quart overfilled. The ***** almost 2 quarts over!!!! I got out and watched them. The manager in the pit actually had to use a breaker bar on my drain plug to get it loose. The told me the drain plug bolt was stripped. I cant find a person in this place that had a clue what overfilling oil can do to an engine. They should also be tightening drain plug bolts with a torque wrench as the obviously have no clue that you dont crank down on there with a breaker bar! I cant find a corporate office number to file a claim. So aggravating. Stay away from this place. Also this is the second time they overfilled the ***** after I tell them every single time do NOT OVERFILL. I dont let them check anything else on my car ever, thank God. I guess I will be filling with the BBB to try and get some action. I need a new oil pan on the ***** thanks to this place.

    They did not check any fluids or tires. They left me with low coolant, NO washer fluid and all 4 tires well under the recommended pressure. And who knows what else! MAJOR attitude from the guy that answered the phone and then also the manager on staff at noon today. 100% NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!! Not to mention they put those old stickers in the window to try to get u back WELL before u actually need a synthetic oil change. Extremely disappointed with my $75 (with coupon) oil change experience.
