    bad service went to **** ****, got the suv i wanted lower down payment and great service. Thank you for treating me horrible i got agreat car lower payments better service and it was easy than dealing with rightway auto,anyone looking for a car avoid rightway auto all together .

    Bought a truck 3 months ago now and they've had it at their shop or at another shop more than I've had it in my own possession. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

    I wish I could have selected zero stars. I purchased a 2017 **** Explorer. Unfortunately 40 days later, it needs a steering rack ( estimated cost) of $2000.00. I purchased the extended warranty, however this isn't covered. The dealership is unwillingly to assist with replacement or parts. I have lost time and money because I don't have transportation to get to work.
