This place is horrible when it comes to repairs. Last year I bought in my **** Cadillac to get an oil leak repair. After talking to Steve and how he was going to repair my vehicle I truly trust and believe he was the guy to get the job do right. My total cost was ***** dollars and I paid him $4,000 up front. After my car set there for almost a year I pick it up and one day I was home and it just shut off on me. It has never done that before. So I contact Steve and he told me to bring it in next month because the person that work on my car was sick. I agree and then after a month I brought it back. It stay there for 2-months. Once I pick it up again I notice after 2-weeks I was getting a ticking sound when it was idle. I contacted them again and they say it could be a lifter. So I took it back and it set and set for months. Everything I call no one will return my calls. So I decided to pick up my car and take it to the Cadillac dealership. After the inspection by the Cadillac dealership I had to pay $3,500 to fix the damage it that they have calls on my vehicle. Once a person have paid you all your money to fix something you expect things to be done right. I strongly and I mean strongly suggest not to take your vehicle there for any repairs.

They are rude , unfriendly , & disrespectful. I called this morning about some questions on my car & the lady got an attitude with me called me from her personal number and said I guess the line got disconnected you stupid f****** b**** . *** called back and spoken to a manager his words were I guess your best bet isnt to call here anymore . I called the ceo Steve Schmidt and he hung up on me while obtaining the incident **************** answer after calling back . I sent him an email with ther pertaining ***************** contacting the BBB . Because as a future or potential client , you do not call a customer on your personal line and talks crazy . Then say you filed a police report on me for phone harassment . When all I did was call and ask a few questions .
