I ordered a Trinity sound solutions 3000 by one amplifier for $406 on June 10 and have received no tracking number no shipment and no further information about my order. ive made numerous attempts to call them on the phone with no answer and left voicemails. Ive sent two different emails and received no response. Ihave an install job that requires that amplifier in four days and if the amp is not here, its going to cost me a lot of money. On May 18, 2025 I ordered through Droppin HZ website (1) Sundown SA 10 V2 D2 for $396.39. The next day the *** label was created, but nothing was ever shipped. I spoke with a lady who would not give her name numerous times who said she would check her warehouse and email an update. She never called back or emailed me regarding my purchase. I left messages on their phone when sent to voicemail. as of today June 5, 2025 I have not received my subwoofer or any response.Business Response

On Aril 15, 2025, I purchased zero gage power wire, 25 feet of zero gage ground wire, and 14 gage speaker wire. I also purchased two sets of *** cables. I also purchased the shipping insurance offered through their business website. The insurance purchased was for the merchandise to be shipped through ***. However, it was sent through ****, which voided my shipping warranty. On April 25, 2025, I recieved the *** cables but not the power, ground, or speaker wire. I reached out to the **** with the tracking number provided by Droppin Hz. They state the only package shipped with this number was a single 14 oz. Package. It also shows on camera, our local mailman delivered the *** cables into our mailbox. They did not get out of their vehicle to place the additional packages on the porch. Since all the merchandise I purchased has not been delivered, I have tried reaching out to Droppin HZ to rectify the situation. I have emailed and left 2 messages by phone. No one will respond to me about this issue.Business Response

I placed this order on April 6th. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service and sales to get an update regarding my order and am unsuccessful in doing so. So I made a purchase for some ds18 12 subs for $470 on march 26th and they stated that order would be shipped in 1-3 business days its now April 9th and still nothing not a reply to my emails not a person to pick up their phone calls nothing cant get a hold of anyone to find out what the issue is. I placed an order for an in-stock, American Bass XLF 15 subwoofer on March 7th, 2025. The total I paid for my order was $246.75. My order confirmation notated that orders were processed within 1-3 business days then shipped. I paid extra for expedited shipping. As of today, April 6th, 2025, my order has yet to ship. I have made many attempts to call Droppin HZ during business hours with only an automated answering service that picks up the calls. I have lost count of how many times I have called and left voicemails in the past few weeks for the sales or customer service voicemail boxes. As of last week, the phone lines have stopped diverting voicemails to any specific department and you may only leave a message in the general mailbox. When trying to contact them via their ********, you are directed to email or call them (their phone lines are open) which I have done many times. I have emailed 2 separate occasions wanting an update or instructions for a refund as I am moving and will no longer be at the original address to accept the shipment. Droppin Hz has had my money for 4 weeks with no shipment, no phone call, no email and no refund.Business Response

I made purchase for a subwoofer on feb 4 2025. I understand there is bad weather but they said Hello,Unfortunatly, the DS18 SLC-MD12 Subwoofer is out of stock directly with the manufacturer. We sincerely apologize for this mix-up on our end, your order got confused with another order. Would you like to switch to a different product? The complaint was filed for a reason their website at the order time stated 19 were in stock. The same day they sent me the email saying they were out of stock the website stated there was 12 in stock like the screen shot of their site shows. But they wanted to send it from the manufacturer vs their own stock? As well having a payment arrangement for the purchased at a specific dollar amount. I order a dc audio xl speaker from there deals section knowing I was getting a used speaker but thats not what I received what I got was a blown speaker and now the company will not return me emails
