    I would not buy a piece of gum from these guys after purchase no more contact other then daily spam they don't answer emails or phone calls have not gotten my order had to file case with ****** am now waiting to hear back

    Ordered a product that was listed as in stock. Package never shipped but I was charged. I left voicemails and emails to contact me. 2 weeks later I get a response that the product is out of stock but they can swap for something similar. I agree to the swap. Then ghosted again. No confirmation of the swap, order still says processing, no call back, no emails back. Zero communication. The fastest way to ruin a business is by not communicating with your customers.

    Terrible customer service!!!!! Ordered a battery was supposed to be here the 19th at the latest well it got "forgot" when it came to being put on the truck!!! Twice!!! Now!!!! No one ever responds to emails or calls. I even paid extra for three days shipping and it was everything they had on hand I'm ****** I will never suggest anyone to these people again I install for a living and used them for my customers all the time I guess it's time to find a new online company!!!!!!

    Let's start off with the three people leaving five star reviews are most likely fakes because I've dealt with these people for the last 3 months and have not got and nothing I keep having to put in for a refund and then it takes them forever to get you a refund I've been waiting on the first order I ordered a ds18 amp they were talking about it would be one week I ain't got time for a week if you got it in stock send it why does one have to wait a week or two for anything and so I just ordered a jp8 amplifier there saying 1 to 3 days before they ship it out well here it has been a week now and nothing other than a tracking number that states that just a tracking number has been created I've had that for a week and nothing this company is fake they are fraud they do not like getting off their ***** and doing anything so I am done doing business with them I will remain talking s*** on every social media site that I could possibly find about them because they ****

    I have purchased products on 2 separate occasions the first time went pretty smooth but I ordered a xspower d4800 and some marine speakers and I never received the battery which cost $400 I ordered it about 2 months ago I called about 1 month ago and the lady said she'll keep me updated on the status and now I can't get in touch with anyone..they also didn't have the color marine I purchased but didn't inform me of that until I called 2 weeks after ordering
