1 starI made a recent purchase (as i have in the past) and the clothes were perfect. BUT then they signed me up for some kind of subscription at $18.07 a month. I did not request or authorize this charge and I have no idea what it does. I called the number on my credit card statement and they said they will refund $16.95 for each the 3 months of this ridiculous charge. I asked 3 times why the refund was not $18.07 but I could not understand what the woman was saying about the extra $1.12. I am guessing it was taxes or fees of some sort on something that I never requested. I gave up. Now I wait to see if I really get the refund for 3 months: $16.95x3 = $50.85.They said my subscription has been removed but I won't believe it until the next credit card statement.Review fromDIANE H

I have noticed the quality of Full Beauty brands, such as Roamans, and Woman Within has diminished quite a lot in recent years. Especially items from ********. I have received several pairs of *******, where the seams were not sewn properly. Night gowns and tunics too. They have loose threads, where elastic was unattached or not even sewn together at all around the legs and waist. Holes and incomplete sewing of seams as well as over-stitchted outer seams on tunic shoulders and hems that are not even or incomplete. Due to lack of quality control. I will most likely stop purchasing from any of the Full Beauty brands in the future. The workmanship is sub par now. Too bad, because the clothing used to be stylish and affordable. I have had to throw away a lot of clothing and I have lost trust in the manufacturing of garments from that company. It has become too expensive for poor and cheap workmanship.Full Beauty Brands

They mess up my order everytime I use them. Today I ordered 2 pairs of pants and a belt. When I got the email confirming the order they had added another pair of pants to the order. I called them back and informed them of the mistake. It was less than 2 hours since I had placed the order. They refused to remove the extra pair of pants and told me that I would just have to return them to get the refund credited to my bank account. The lady even looked up the order and saw the mistake and still informed me there was nothing she could do. **************** in ******* gets worse everyday.Full Beauty Brands

They tried charging my credit card 171 and change. When I've never even ordered anything from them. Never even heard of them until they tried to charge my credit card. Do not order from these guys, I made an order on March 19. One item they did not have at the time. I assumed (I know, I know) it was canceled. Now, clear in the middle of May (2 months later) they decided to fill this order and charge my card for this order with no update email or warning. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow to have a stop payment placed on this payment. I will also be contacting their cooperate office tomorrow as well. This company should be ashamed of its self. We recently received a new shipment of that item, and as per our policy, we do not charge for backordered items until they are ready to ship. That is why you were only recently charged for the black pants.

They truly have deceptive ads. I purchased shoes. Upon checking out I noticed I was Charged shipping (Even though it was free) and not given the coupon price. Since I noticed after I placed the order, I attempted to cancel but there was NO WAY the site allowed me to do this. I then filled out their contact form and was advised several days later that I could not cancel the order because it was In process. I was then advised I could return the item for a full refund (although this refund does not include the tax or shipping Ive already paid) but I would have to pay (in addition to the previous shipping and tax)$10.90 to ship the item back. If I refused delivery then it would be a hit or miss on the refund because I wouldnt have proof of return. I was then advised the shoes would be delivered today. I checked tracking through ***** and now see they will be here Friday (Not holding my breath) SCAM/Deceptive sales. Do not fall victim to their wheel spinning discounts or enticement of free shipping. I ended up paying almost $90.00 for the shoes that shouldve been $39.00.Full Beauty Brands

I appreciate your offer to refund the shipping. I will as instructed forward the order information. As far as the cancellation is concerned my point is there is NO immediate way to cancel the order online. There should be an option to do this with a specified time frame. Of course by the time I sent a message and received a reply days later it was in processing. Lastly the email I used to send this complaint is one and the same. BOOTLEG, GETTO, SCAMMERS, THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER ENCOUNTERED. STAY AWAY.We ordered some items and returned them the same day in perfect condition and tags attached. They credited our account for a lesser amount but never confirmed the return. We then received a bill for some random amount with late fees. Five phone calls later, getting passed around from agent to agent still not one person can explain why they decided to keep a portion of our money. This company is not real. Good afternoon,It took me four phone calls. Spent close to an hour on the phone, getting passed around and played with without any acknowledgment for my concerns. Not a single phone call from anyone to follow up on my inquiry despite this. Let's assume what you are saying is the case. WHY on earth am I being charged $50+ dollars? Where is this charge coming from exactly? It is very apparent that your response is meant to appease the situation without much research done on your end to help solve the issue. Your credit department does not have a clue as to what is happening either. Stop feeding me nonsense and research correctly so that I can get some resolution to this. I do not owe you anything. I bought the most beautiful dress from Woman Within. I loved it so much I ordered it in three colors. There were going to be my back to church dresses. I suffer from chronic pain and finally got my pain pump in, so I was going back to church.I get my beautiful dress, which is described as easy machine wash and dry. It also states that it is true to size. But what they don't tell you it that the rayon it is made of will shrink. There is actually at tag attached that says "Due to the unique nature of this fabric, some shrinkage is Unavoidable"When I researched rayon, it says it will shrink even with dry cleaning. It can also shrink every time it is cleaned. These are not cheap dresses, and I cannot afford to spend 80+ dollars on a dress that can never be cleaned.I called customer service and got hold of a little bulldog who would not let me speak to a supervisor. She said there was not one available. I told her I would wait but she insisted there was no supv. there and said I could get a call back on Monday. I was at least offered a free shipping label to return the dresses. I was also informed that the "true to size" applies to the new item, it does not take into consideration that it will be ruined after the first cleaning.I know this might sound a little pathetic, but I am crushed. These dresses were perfect for me. I am short and round and it fit me perfectly. Going back to church is something I have wanted for so long and I felt so good in this ********* I have to send them them back. I feel completely victimized. Their big "sales" are fraudulent. All they do is inflate the retail price and show a fake sale price. They advertise items on sale that are not in stock. Then you pay full retail when it ships. No refunds without a $10.99 surcharge. Shipping is outrageous. They don't stand behind the quality of the clothing. I purchased to pair of knit capris. After wearing them twice, they were so pilled they looked like towels. Dozens of reviews stating the same problem. The State of NY Attorney General needs to look into these business practices.
