    Their service and installation is not good. I had a furnace, ac and tankless water heater installed by them. The ac developed a leak after a year, and they have no service on the **************, they didnt deliver/fix the issue when promised nor gave me a portable ac unit during the time when the ac was out. I had an independent hvac come in, and found out that service plus didnt glue the furnace pipes. The tankless water heater isnt up to code- no over flow resonates, grounding wires were hanging and not attached to anything, pvc pipes were piecemealed together, and the tankless water heater was not out on a separate circuit breaker. When they continue about servicing the water heater, they ghosted me. Do not use this company!

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined the response would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of 

    ServicePlus has actually not reached out to me. The last contact when I wanted the water heater fixed, they ghosted me and never responded when I sent them a list of what needed to be done to bring the tankless water heater up to code. Additionally, I posted a review on social media, they never reached out to me except to say that they take my review seriously.

    They have my 2 phone numbers and my address. The only time service plus reaches out is to see if they can get more money from me so they can inspect my system to keep the warranty.

    had a furnace and air conditioner on 11/10/2022 i have asked them several times for thw warrenty paperwork so i can register them no responce and very rude before i hire a attorney can you help

    I hired Service Plus Heating, cooling, and plumbing to replace all the cast iron pipes in my sewer system with pvc for an agreed upon price of $9100 plus, providing there was a crawl space under my concrete slab. After pulling out the stoop under the back door, it was determined there was no crawl space. On September 29th, an employee named ***********************, who ran the backhoe, pulled the back door frame out about an inch and the back wall is pulled out an inch as well while pulling out the back door stoop. ********************* beat on the door frame and he got it to move about a half an inch. ********************* promised to fix the damaged door and he told me his contractor would come out to fix the damage. The back door has not been fixed more than twenty days later. I gave the contractor my number to set up a time to fix the back door, but he has given my excuses like he is too busy and his father was in the hospital. To this day, almost a month later, the back door and wall are not fixed and ***** went on vacation to ******. All I have gotten from management is broken promised to fix the damage they have done. The bushes in the front where the new cleanout was installed were destroyed and thrown in the trash because they did not transplant the bushs as agreed upon by ***************************. Instead of good service, all I have gotten is lies and false promises by this company. They refused to fix the deep ruts the excavator did in the front, side, and back yards.
