  I had an excellent experience with ***** and Sons. They replaced ******* as well as one of my dad. They did an excellent job on both. My house had just regular damage from storms over time, but my dads had this on-going leak that no one could figure out over many years. Then ***** and Sons fixed the roof correctly and problem finally solved. Their team did the work fast and did a great job.

  After a leaking water line caused damage to our home, **** + Sons arrived quickly and stopped any further damage. They then began the process of cleaning up and fixing all the damage that had been caused. They were professional and helpful every step of the way. Each day they worked hard to get our home back to normal, and always made sure to clean up at the days end. Once work was completed, we sat down in person and went through every item they fixed. When all was said and done, we had 3 brand new bathrooms and we couldn't be happier. I will always call **** + Sons for any work needed on our home.

  The company representatives were professional experts in remediation of the black mold that had developed from a pipe inside our wall. Over the course of four days, our problem was resolved with *** and **** giving updates along the way.Final reconstruction is expected to be managed by **** and Sons and we are looking forward to having this completed.Recommend **** and Sons for all your needs.

  Like so many others, we chose this company due to them being preferred by our insurance. The ************* was timely and professional on providing the scope. We paid 14,074.73k upfront to start the project as the estimate was 28,149k and was half of the estimated cost. I changed the scope to and removed materials when I saw that was not the same quality of material (insulation,paint, drywall in a non temp controlled barn,etc) I dropped the scope of work by $9,119.53 off total . I had 21 pieces of 16ft barn metal put on, 3 new trusses built and installed, and had 8 new 2x6x14 roof supports put in for the barn metal to attach too. Materials all of which were around 6k from my project mgmt/ trusses and metal were less than 3k combined and non treated 2x4s and 2x6x14 not totaling 3k. There was even lumber material that was left over about $1000 worth that was removed from my farm that I had paid for that should have stayed & I did the clean up.We were told that we were going to owe $4,955.20 of the remaining balance and I was ok with that.... until after the project was completed and three months had gone by when they told me that it was going to be an additional $5849.04 that they then charged to the insurance company for bringing my balance to $24,878.97 for less than 12K worth of work. we questioned why the additional $ and they said,"the price of materials had doubled." My response, "you bought materials 5months ago when the project got started and you then waited 3 months after it finished to send me the final bill, how are materials doubling if you have already paid for them?" No substantial reply, just covering, it was just an estimate and cost change. Felt like, they didn't get there original estimated quote that they worked over the insurance company to make it up on the back end. I have a real estate *********** CAN NOT recommend this company again after what I saw to be questionable ethics & the price for the work. Good luck **************** owners.

  Our roof had water damming damage. After the insurance evaluation ***** came out accessed the project and we agreed on what needed to done. The roof replacement and cleaning was done quickly. When the project manager came by for sign off I showed him the attic. He immediately stated someone would be back to clean it as it was missed by the crew. Overall they were responsive to our wants and needs while completing the project quickly.

  What a nightmare!!! We had extensive water damage to 32 floors and our basement. The project manager was VERY had to work with. The project took 7 months to complete. We live in the space the entire time! 95% one the time there was only 1 person working on our house. The work was subpar to say the least! I was given a 1 year warranty so when our new kitchen floor started to buckle, I called ***** to come and fix the issue. We were told that we had let water sit on the NEW 100% waterproof flooring so they were not responsible. The area is in the main part of our kitchen and no water did ever sat for days. When we questioned the waterproof guarantee, we were told not when it is on a seam. ***** had to pull up 1/2 the kitchen floor and said it would be approximately $1,000 to fix IF we bought all of the materials. When I ask how did they know the workers who installed the floor were no longer with the company including the project manager. ***** took no responsibility for any of the floor. I even offered to pay 1/2 of the repair but they said no! I told them to leave my house. I had another flooring company come out and fix the issue but when they pulled up the floor they broke the side pieces and the floor could not be put back together. So I went and ordered 2 new crates of floor but the color didnt match!! We now have to replace the entire floor that is just 1 year old floor AGAIN. This experience was so frustrating! Be careful they dont warranty their work!

  **** and Son is the #1 restoration company in the ****************.They did a complete restoration of our home, post tornado of ****. It was an excellent restoration and communication during the process was remarkable. Recently, our daughters home was damaged by a severe storm and we quickly recommended they contact **** + Son for the restoration work. Again, **** immediately began seamlessly working with them to assess and repair the damage. They are simply THE BEST! ***************

  Would give a zero if possible. *** took nearly 11 months to restore a small upstairs bathroom leak that also damaged the ceiling and carpet downstairs. Demo team damaged items that werent part of the original damage, contractors were clueless, late, and shoddy workmanship, project manager was AWOL 90% of the time. Replacement items were less quality than the original items, were invoiced for items in rooms they never even touched, refused to take responsibility for these deficiencies instead blamed the subcontractors. This was borderline insurance fraud. It wasnt until I reminded them on several occasions that they invoiced me for items not received that they adjusted the invoice. They would have knowingly taken full payment if I didnt audit the invoice.
