      I had an insurance claim in March 22 for wind damage on my roof, as well as metal trim and siding damage on the front and back dormers. My insurance company sent a member of this company for initial review of the damage. The guy that came to the house was friendly and personable. Claim was written for full roof replacement and repair of metal strip/replacement of dormer siding. I was told this company was a preferred supplier for my insurance, so in an attempt to simplify my life I decided to go with them. BIG MISTAKE. The roof was completed fairly quickly, but they didnt replace the flashing so it looks like c*** I met with them numerous times over the summer trying to get the rest of the work completed. In November they called and threatened me saying that they werent paid. I explained that I withheld @600 because the work still wasnt completed. The payment to them was being handled directly from insurance and they werent paid because the work wasnt done. I was basically called a liar and when I showed them proof, not once did I get even a hint of an apology. They finally finished the siding on the dormers this month a full year from the claim, and a full 4 months from the November threats. I guess once they figured out how to get there money they again lost interest. Based on my experience and the other reviews I would suggest that you keep looking. There are a lot of great companies out there that will do the work without this much aggravation and in a much more timely manner.

      Pretty terrible experience from the start. Unprofessional is an understatement. They did not repair our home, as a matter of fact, they left in worse condition than the damage we had from the storm. They refused to fix the issues and when asked- they said that it was fixed. They put a gutter on our house that didnt match- pretty obvious that they didnt care from the beginning. They sent out contractors that werent licensed and never made any attempts to contact us, aside from threatening to send us to collections. I 10/10 do NOT recommend this company for any repairs- and wish that our insurance company would not have ever sent them in the first place. They got caught overcharging on a few of the items and ended up having to refund the insurance company for their fraud. Be careful with any projects that you use them for- they love to skim more than their share from the top.

Although repairs were completed and final job sign-off received, we were recently made aware that you felt some of these repairs did not meet your expectations and have since credited back to you the full insurance value that was paid to us by your carrier for these items. We further worked with your carrier to review overall final actual job costs, and provided your carrier a credit for some of the work that was completed more economically than the original database pricing allowance, which was approved by your carrier prior to performing the repairs. A closest available database line item was used for the preliminary estimate created in the estimating program required by your carrier.We are continually working to improve our processes and will use your feedback to further reinforce the importance of this with our team.Sincerely,The **** + Sons Team

      Lmao, Timely only if you consider 2 years timely. They installed a different window than any window on my home. A different color gutter than any gutter on my home never once acknowledged us when we said we were not happy. Over charge on a flag pole by **** dollars and got caught after asked for the invoice. Treated us like garbage for having any complaints at all. Did not have our damaged boat lift removed we had to do that. Send a scam artist to repair our roof not a l licensed roofer there adjusters observation not mine. Stay Away they will scam you Dodge you and then try and talk down to you when you are not happy.

      This was my first time to have water damage in my home. I called *********** and they were at my home within a few hours. They were very professional, informative and respectful of me and my home. No matter what question I had, all the teams were prompt and happy to answer. Your company is only as good as its employees. Keep up the good work ***********!

      Everyone at **** and Sons are very helpful and responsive to my messages. The workmanship is top notch as well. They strive to make sure the job is done right, and have been extremely helpful with additional jobs that crop up.

      Move back in date estimated by the insurance company was six months making it November 1st. Actual date was September 9th. My contractor moved heavens and stars to accommodate a September 12th date I placed upon him. Was it crazy, oh yeah! Did it happen, oh yeah! Still tying up loose ends but being back in my house by the 12th was very important.

      We were very impressed with Project ManagerTravis and his professionalism. We were very upset with the fact our basement just flooded twice in 3 months. Since we were paying for your services out of pocket, we had a lot of questions on how we could save money on our items that were damaged. ****** was very informative and it gave us a good direction on next steps on repairing the basement. The whole team was amazing! Thank you!!

      Upstairs neighbors water heater flooded our bedroom damaging walls and wood flooring. **** and Sons was out the next morning to begin the drying process which took two weeks. They stopped by every day to monitor the progress. Special thanks to ***** who was amazing and to ***** who was great. ****** and ***** were very helpful too. We will also use *********** for our restoration. Thank you all.
