1 starThey took my deposit to do interior construction 4 months ago and never came back to do the job and never returned the deposit. I have since found out they were doing other jobs and ignoring mine. One of the neighbors on one their jobs, said they were rude, threw roofing shingles on their fence from the house they working on and damaged it their fence.= I found out later from another contractor Michaelis will routinely give one price and later come back and try to increase it after contract signed. I will not use them or recommend them to any of my customers ever again and I have plenty who need work done.

The customer signed a contract with ********************** for interior renovations. The contracted scope needed to be changed due to some unforeseen circumstances upon further investigation. We did our best to make the customer happy and complete the contracted work, but were unable to do so. We have issued a full refund to the customer.Review fromMarilyn P

5 starsOur project manager was extremely knowledgeable, detail oriented, and communicative. Project went well. We are very pleased with results. Garage door looks great and cannot tell we had 2 individual doors rebuilt into 1 large door . Would use again for future projects.Review fromJeri G

5 starsPrevious homeowners had new roof installed improperly, which causes some rotting to a *************** board on one side of the house. We had multiple companies out to give estimates on the repair, a couple that were dishonest about the amount of work that would need done to make the repairs. I am so grateful for the honesty, integrity, and professionalism of the Michaelis team. They were able to complete our repairs within just a couple weeks of getting our quote, and did a great job. And the price of repairs was extremely reasonable. Would absolutely recommend this company.Michaelis Corporation

5 starsMichaelis team was prompt in responding to our issue and took time to appropriately correct situation. They explained process thoroughly to us and attempted to correct with least amount of disruption, yet finally did correct the situation. When we had another issue a few months later, they returned and fixed this without additional cost. Each day, any messes were cleaned up. I highly recommend this company.Michaelis Corporation

4 starsBasement water mitigation process went very well with no complaints.However I did not like it that Michaelis was advising the new buyer on additional work (essentially competing against me) to be done costing me more money before I could close on the house.Michaelis Corporation

2 starsMichaelis started off doing a good job but near the end of the job they was doing bad work and was not showing up when they said they would. I am now finishing the work they started They rigged a piece of wood and drywall for the ceramic tile in the shower and chalk instead of grout.Michaelis Corporation

Alright, so michaelis Corporation has just shown what I said is right. They said they would respond in 48 hours and they didn't I will leave a full list of what did and didn't do 1. Broke a drain 2. Covered up the drain with drywall 3. Used a piece on my baseboard to rig up the backer board 4. Used chalk instead of grout on the ceramic 5. Broke a copper water line that went to the sink 6. They said would be done on a Friday then Monday then Tuesday then Friday. At this point I told them not to come.I was so upset with this work, I hadn't noticed that they did not replace the floor in the 2 small closets in the hallway. 5 starsMichaelis did a great job with our new roof. They were responsive, delivered roof options to us, showed up on-time and were very efficient in putting on the new roof. We appreciate their diligence in cleaning up the nails and debris after the job was complete. They were respectful of our home and property and had a very hard-working team. We would definitely use them again for future projects and recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.Michaelis Corporation
