  There is no way they have an A+ Rating, obviously paying someone off! They are thieves and are rude and horrible people. I guess the worst you treat people the better promotions you get! They discriminate, harass you, and force you to break the your lease with their false accusations and violations that they clearly made up. And their 5-6 attorneys that they have is a joke! No one needs that unless youre into shady business! The higher up the chain you go the worse they get! So basically if you are a rude inhumane person that hates everyone then this is the company to work for!

  VERY SKETCHY AND VERY FRAUDULENT COMPANY! YOUR LIVELIHOOD AT RISK DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!! My family and I had actually stayed at this apartment complex that they own for 2 years and it turns out that the company one underneath our nose is one our rent wasn't being able to be kept up and evicted us at last minute notice without putting through the proper protocols and complying by the law. They told us that they were going to basically remove us out of our apartment and basically they were saying they were going to work with us but at the last second had tooken us to court we weren't aware that we were being evicted before we were evicted after the following with that certain issue they had gotten this fraudulent Law Firm that's working with them under the table to go after my assets and my family's assets my mom and my sister are no longer on the case with this issue however they still got my name still on their File books for me to basically be put out for taking my money these companies that are working with ******* are very very dangerous and they are out to go after the little guy no matter how much that you work with them and try to be able to have an opportunity to be able to fix the issues with them they do not care they're only interest is money if you're not willing to comply by that then they are willing to go through any means possible to take the money away from you even if you have little to nothing left they got rid of my mom's name on the case and my sister's name on the case if you're going to get rid of both people and you should have got rid of all everybody off the list for that case you don't just pick and choose who you want to leave on there one of them was involved with a court order the my mom's case was not involved with a court order because she didn't make enough anymore to the fact that she wasn't working so these guys are now wanting to go after me for my money. Scams and theft my this company do not rent with them.

  I had an awful experience at the Enclave at ***********. I began looking for a new apartment. I was showed around by ****** back in March. I applied and she told me I was approved, i just needed to pay a $300 deposit to secure my unit. I ran into financial problems and I wasn't able to pay until June. I paid my money the evening of Wednesday June 5th, I called the next day to ask what the next steps were and I found out ****** wasn't going to be in that day. I called Friday morning and left a message for ****** to call me at 10:20 , I didn't get a response back from her until 3:20. She then tells me she needs to send out my rental verification. I would think that should be done early on if it's such a crucial step in the application process. I send her my landlords phone number and she didn't send the verification off until 4:45 my office closes at 5. I woke up early Saturday morning to ask if they would accept my ledger, when i showed them the ledger I was told there isn't enough information and there would be a denial. ****** then said I can wait to send the actual form and see if there is different information. I then tried calling my leasing office and ****** was able to send the form. I waited for hours waiting for answer an . I finally called at and ****** answered and I wasn't able to understand her so I came inside. ****** was too much of a coward to talk to me and sent ****** out instead. He then said there were discrepancies and they would deny me. So you made me wait all day to be denied, i left and called ****** to get more information. she then said since my landlord sent the form from her iphone and that raised a red flag, and the discrepancies they found and she aske me if the ledger was fake. Why do I have to pay money to hold a unit if there is a chance I can be denied and now I am out $300.

  The condone racism, harassment, and treating others unfairly. Very unprofessional, and careless who the let mange their properties.

  The people that work for this company don't really know what they're doing unless their intent is to collect rent and give you the run around when it comes up to holding up their end of a lease agreement I've been waiting since move in date of the ninth of September for the ordered lock for patio door to come in I just called and was told it's on back order but was not informed of this waiting to get a assigned parking space for reasonable accommodation due to disability first paperwork sent by my doctor wasn't sent to corporate they got it on the 16th of September nothing was done resent at beginning of October we're now half way through October I don't have my parking space or ********* I did my part paid rent for both months got doctor ********* for paperwork and turned in, the negative reviews I've read about this place are turning out to be true; just because you say things nicely doesn't make it better when things aren't getting done
