      System was defective from factory. Been out 6 times in 9 months. Replaced several parts. Replaced one and something else would break. Said it came from the factory that way Broke down again in the middle of June . The tech ordered the part that day and didn't hear back from them . Called them no call back. Finally after several calls a week later I was told it would be the first of August. Had to come from the factory which is in town. Told them I wanted to resolve this with management but still no call back. Very frustrating.

      ****** successfully completed our air conditioner/furnace inspection and was a pleasure to work with. In addition, One Hour called us the morning of our appointment to check if we were home, confirmed our address and contacted ****** to proceed with our service call. We've been customers of One Hour since 2014. Our ten year association says it all!!
