      ******, technician was exceptional. He came to perform a tune up on my air conditioner explaining everything he was doing while doing it. I truly appreciated it.

      One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, *** ********, and Mr ****** have a membership program which I had joined. However, I called and canceled back in November of 2023. They have charged me for December 2023 and January ****. I called in December twice to get them to stop the charges and refund my money. I called again today, January 6, as I see pending charges again on my bank account. Each time I called them said the billing department would call me back. The billing department never called me. I feel they owe me $33.32 for December and if the charges apply to my account in the next few days another $33.32 for January.This on top of a poor job years back on a water heater not installed to code. I found this out when we had the house inspected for pre-sale. Because it was out of warranty, they charge us again for a problem they caused.
