The customer service folks on the phone and the service individuals that performed the work were very pleasant. All my questions prior to the service and during the service were answered in a courteous manner. Being an older/non-technical person regarding the messages via smart phone and email, they are a bit overwhelming. It was helpful to see the 'bio' of the service representative.Williams Comfort Air

I wanted a second opinion prior to purchasing a damper replacement so, I called Williams Comfort Air who was the company at my previous home. The Senior HVAC Professional, **** was professional and respectful and able to transfer his knowledge so I could understand the need for the repair. I canceled my contract with a competitor, costing $150 to terminate prior to 12 months to return to Williams Comfort Air at my new home.Williams Comfort Air

**** was very helpful. He corrected the problem that I called about. **** then found an unsafe situation with the furnace and fixed that. I will be scheduling **** to fix an unrelated issue I was having with my kitchen exhaust.Williams Comfort Air

Not a good experience. I'm more than $1,000 into a whole home humidifier fix, and it still isn't working. Also, I'm feeling like I haven't been dealt with honestly, both by the tech, and by the person on the phone.(Friday) Contractor removed a humidistat that I'm still not convinced was broken ($200), then he cut and re-ran a water line which also was not the problem ($450), then, while the system was in parts on the floor suggested to replace a $20 solenoid ($450), which I should NEVER have accepted, but in the heat of the moment, did. This allowed the humidifier to kick on (very loudly) and it still never worked well enough to affect the humidity.Called to complain a couple hours later. Person on the phone scheduled a follow-up WITH A SUPERVISOR for Monday. Monday comes and it's the same tech who did the work who comes to the door... and no supervisor. Tech then states 'The only thing left is to replace the unit. For what you've spent already we could have done that. I probably should have said something up front to that effect.'No kidding. Don't mess with Williams. Get a handyman with a proper hourly labor rate and who doesn't ***** you when the work is half complete and strewn about the floor.Williams Comfort Air

Did the work but prices are astronomical 589$ for a 20$ Honeywell thermostat. Came and did it on a Saturday night. What can you say when you have no heat. Gotta pay, but wow thats costly.Williams Comfort Air
