    I had an appointment scheduled on friday July 29, 2022 for between 12pm and 2pm. I left work early in order to accommodate for this time, only to still be waiting at 2:15pm with no call from Williams Comfort Air or the tech. I had to call my self and the tech called me advising that he was going to arrive in ***** mins. It was at around 3:30pm when he arrived. Nearly an hour after the time frame he gave. During the appointment at one point I mentioned to him the issues I had previously regarding my experience with concerns I had when my unit was installed. At that time he became angry and began to state that he felt like I was bashing the company he works for and that I was wrong. At that point he became very dismissive, disrespectful and I felt almost belligerent in his tone and affect towards me. When I asked if he was going to sign the service sheet on my unit (which all the techs do) he indicated that he was not. Then proceeded to leave. This experience left me in awe at how when a customer expose how they felt about an previous experience can develop into an employee/representative of a business to then attempt to make me feel wrong. This is my experience.... I have never felt so disrespected by anyone who comes into my home to provide a service that I am paying for. I spent nearly $10000 on my unit, so the least I expect is the courtesy of being heard. I did not expect him to do anything about it. The fact that I am a woman of Asian decent, standing only 4'10", and the tech was at least a foot taller than me, this experience left me feeling intimidated and threatened with how he became. No one should have to endure this in their own home for any reason, and especially if they are paying for a service and/or paid for a product that had any service involved. Very disappointed and I regret doing business with this company after this. I would have left no stars if that was an option.

    ****** did an outstanding job today. I purchased my HAV System in 2015. I have it serviced twice a year. Today *************************** did maintenance the way it should be done. I saw him do things that no other Tech has never done. In other words he takes no short cuts. In the future, I will request him to service my units.
