    I have tried for months to work out something with this company but cannot get returned calls or emails. I was emailed a payoff letter but when asked about settlement and payment options I never received any returned messages or calls. Now when I finally get someone and not a recording messaging line to leave a voicemail I am told nothing can be set up now that there is a garnishment in place, when I have tried to get information on how to work this out. I cannot afford a large amount out of my paycheck but willing to work with them. This will only put me further behind! The lack of empathy and communication is astounding for a company that has been in business for so long but seeing the rating I guess I should not be surprised.

    Very unprofessional and they play games with peoples real life- they hold all the cards and dont play fair. they need to be put out of business.

    I owed Republic Financing and everytime I asked to pay online they said I couldn't. I requested the funds be taken from my savings acct they refused to allow me. They then sent my account to this collection agency whom are very rude people...When asked a question they get really short and then ask is their anything else. I was summons to court in an area that I do not live. They ask where I work and I told them he replied sure you do..at that point I was **** so I hung up in hos face very unprofessional people.

    If I could click negative zero starsthis company is HORRIBLE. No communication. No empathy. They are rude and inconsiderate!!!! One person hung up on me yesterday!!!!

    Absolutely terrible. No response to voicemails or emails. No answers. Garnishing wages even AFTER the debt is paid. Refusing to give money back.

    This company is harassing and filing judgements when they bought an account from One main financial. So now they want to OVER CHARGE AND IT IS REPORTING AS A COLLECTIONS account. Something needs to be done.

    I have reviewed the case notes on this matter. There have been no outbound telephone calls made to consumer. Additionally, our law firm is not a debt buyer; the debt referenced is a Note that was filed as a complaint on May 2, 2022 with the Richmond County, ** state court. The complaint was filed on behalf of our client, which is clearly shown in the pleadings. The amount sought is consistent with the Affidavit and business records of our client. A judgment was entered by the court on March 16, 2023. Finally, our law firm does not report to any credit bureaus or any other entities.
