    THIS IS THE THIRD PACKAGE I LOST FROM **** THE LAST ONE WAS FOR MY NEPHEW'S BIRTHDAY. I LOST $300, I TRIED TO CONTACT THE OFFICES, NO ONE ANSWERED ME.

    They never answer me I lost more $400 in my package, they don't care about the concern of my concern.

    I pay for call-in service. The owner does not have telephone service. All calls are ignored. Voicemail is full. The new owner did not tell customers it was under new ownership. The new owner raised prices 20%, which is 3 TIMES Biden's Failed Inflation Rate!!! The new owner did NOT tell us of the increase. This business is corrupt.

    Date of transaction: 8/4/22. I paid the business $218.94. ($208.94 was for packing and shipping, $10 was for insurance of $500.) I used their ******************** They did a terrible job of packing, and most items were broken or damaged during shipping. One item was even broken in the store prior to packing, and the store did not notify me! (I gave them an intact glass statue, and it arrived packaged in 2 separate bundles, each containing a broken half.) The store has made no effort to resolve this issue. I have emailed the store, and have received no reply at all. I have called the store and left messages, and have not received any callback. I reached the manager (****) on the phone once. When I advised of my name and the reason for the call, she hung up on me, and no one would pick up the phone when I called back. The Damage ********************** at *** advises they sent a form for the store to fill out and return a couple weeks ago, and the store has not returned the form. I've been informed the claim cannot be resolved until the shipper returns the form. The Tracking Number: *******************
