    Great experience! ******* ******* was my loan advisor assisting me with a home equity loan. He was the best!He provided excellent customer service! He made the process easy and smooth. Hes definitely passionate about his job and getting to know his clients on a personal level. I highly recommend ******* and Royal Unitedfor whatever your need may be. You wont be disappointed.     ****** was very persistent that this would go through all i needed to do was pay for the appraisal fee of 600 bucks and they would get this going. appraisal came in to low so I had to eat 600 bucks for appraisal and no refinance BE AWARE!!!! I highly recommend not doing business with these people He texted me that my loan wouldn't go through not enough courage to call me personally vey unprofessional he is a high pressure salesman

    Scam alert! I had applied for a loan to fix up my paid off home. Delt with *** ******. He Guaranteed me as long as my appraisal showed my home value was worth more than my loan amount it was approved. I didn't even have to clean my house he said. Just get the appraisal and I did it came back wayyy over in value. Closing date would be June 11th and someone would be at my house to close. I scraped up the appraisal free almost $500 dollars. Then the appraisal pics weren't good enough. I had to take photos myself and text them to ****. Come the 11th I took the day off and called *** and emailed and texted endlessly.( Completely ignored!!) Days turned into almost 2 weeks. A *** **** with a horrible attitude called and said pending denial because I have to paint my Garage. I said isn't that what the loan is for?!? Long story short it's a scam to get an appraisal fee then your ghosted. And good reviews are their employees folks!!! They robbed me!
