    The time given to review before signing the closing papers was rushed fast. it would help the hard copies for signature be given to barrower a couple hrs earlier so borrower has some time to review before signing. even the loan officer too hurried on this during electronic review via e mail.i could not review truth in lending statement in this hurried atmosphere. i could not locate this among te hard copies.

    Ive dealt with a lot of companies in the past being a business person. Ive got to say that you have an employee that is extremely knowledged to what theyre selling and answered all my questions and I couldnt have asked for a nicer person to deal with. It was actually a pleasure. Im gonna reiterate it was actually a pleasure doing business with your company with this young lady. I wish I could give her 10 stars my compliments.Just a sidenote, I was a member of the Better Business Bureau and I was a vice president of the Better Business Bureau in ******************. I did come across a lot of different people and a lot of different industries just to let you know that this young lady is at the extreme top of her abilities to handle everything I asked thank you ******* ******

    This is the second time working with Royal United Mortgage. Our contact was ********. She reached out to me via email to let me know conditions had changed to either reduce the term or lower my monthly payments. I was very pleased to shorten my term by over half. ******** and the team were all very courteous, no pressure, just guiding me thru the process step by step. Very pleasant experience. Would recommend Royal to my friends.

    3 calls from 6:26am - 7:02am. I filled out info looking for a home equity loan, which I knew I would get calls, however, this company has called 9 times yesterday and 3 today. I spoke to the caller at 6:26am and asked to call me later since it wasn't even 6:30am yet, she still insisted on pushing forward so I asked to remove me from the calling list... then received 2 more calls in 30 mins. I bet they would be a good company to work with, however, it didn't show with their calling strategy and I will not be doing business with them.
