    On Mach 5, 2024 Jones Movers were hired by my previous property manager to move the items in my home due to an eviction. When I arrived on site, the constable told me I could only gather the items I needed for that day and any essential things. They were to pack and store all of the things in my house until I could get them out. In June 2024 I contacted Jones Movers to arrange the pick up of my things and pay the fee associated which I did. They first made me sign an inventory sheet before I was given a chance to look at any of my items. After paying I was led to the back were two big containers sat outside and my things were sitting outside in the middle. Among my things were things I had not recognized that did not belong to me and I found more of my furniture in those two big containers. I realized there were many items missing which I had been in contact with them about in the weeks after.At first I was told the owners were on vacation and that they would call me when they got back, then I wa told they would look for my things and call me back. I never got a call back. I would call and they would ignore my call until I called from an unfamiliar number. I was told they would look for my things in two PODS that havent been looked at. This went on for about 2 months until I finally called and was able to speak with the owner *******. He was super disrespectful and told me they basically left my things and damaged the rest. There were alot of missing things but my main concern is a shelf of books that I had that had a bunch of limited edition books I have collected over the years. I told them I had found a handful of those books in a box, so they must have been packed.

    We are hired out by companies / apartment complexs to do truck out on evictions. 
    She was getting evicted and the company who owned the house only hired us to take things of value and we only took things of value anything good will would take we will take. 
    Anything thats not valuable or not considered necessities we left on the property. 
    She is missing books , which we did not pack. 
    She received everything on her inventory list that we legally have to have to send to the courts , the only item she didnt receive back was a mirror due to it being broken ( which we said we would make right ) so everything that was done on that day and continuing to do is legal and is how the process works!
