    We used this business to move our household goods from IN to ** about a year and a half ago. The price was good, the talk was good, but the service was awful. We did not file a claim as we had signed the papers that all was received. After the movers left, we looked closer at the furniture, and we had multiple scratches on many wooden pieces. The scratches were on the front and tops of tables, chairs, desk etc. Seems like there was no padding placed where it should have been. We found one piece was broken, the movers left the pieces on the top of the item but said nothing about it. I posted pictures and wrote about all of this on ******** when it happened but saw today where the review has been shortened and the pictures deleted. Yes, I did speak with the company when we realized what had happened to our belongings and they offered to send us a claim form. Foolishly I said we didn't call to file a claim we just wanted the owner to know what had happened, so it didn't happen to others. Every time I see one of the dents/scratches I am reminded of how our things were treated and how much I wish we had filed a complaint. We were told that the ownership who moved us was new, that the person (the owner) we dealt with, had been employed by the previous owner and etc. I see they still advertise family-owned and in business for years which based on what I was told is not true. The truck in their ad isn't what they drove for our move. When they arrived in a U-Haul truck, we were told they don't drive the Jones Truck on out of state moves which may or may not be truthful, but I wonder if they (new owners) even had a truck. I believe they should be checked out and certainly not given an acceptable rating by anyone. We used them because we saw that a relative had recommended them on ********. As I said price was good and the talk was great but don't believe everything you see or hear. NO STARS

    Jones Movers, *** and *************************** are CRIMINALS!! Instead of abiding by a Court Order and ******* law they TRASHED EVERYTHING I OWNED without Any authorization from Anyone!! They need to be SHUT DOWN they had NO business committing the CRIMES of Theft and Conversion against me and i will *** THEM for Several Hundred Thousand dollars for causing me to ILLEGALLY Lose Everything i owned for the last 5 years!! DO NOT do business with these people THEY ARE CRIMINALS, Period!! they need to be Bankrupted and put out of business, Permanently!!!

    We used them to move out of our house, and then then to move in to our new home a couple months later. Both experiences were great. They were on time, professional, polite, worked quickly, and treated our items with care. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help with a move.

    We have used Jones Moving 3 times in the last 10 years. Just used them today. Service is absolutely fabulous and a fair price. Highly recommend them!!!
