    I do not recommend ever buying or trading a car with Bill Estes Chevrolet. My wife and I traded her old car there almost 6 months ago and they never transferred the title or registration information out of her name to theirs or a new purchaser. A few months ago she received a notice for a parking ticket that we had to dispute because the car no longer is in her possession. We just got a notice in the mail that her OLD CAR THAT WAS TRADED was sitting in police impound. After looking up the address it was towed from, we found that it was involved in a homicide a week ago. (Jan 27th ****) I called the police/impound lot and explained the car was traded and they said it will not affect her whatsoever. However Bill Estes put her in a situation that could have ended up way worse than it did.On top of that, they stated they detailed the new to us used car we purchased. About a month into her owning the car she found drug paraphernalia stuffed into the seats including drug a distribution scale, bags, and residue.She has had to take the car in for repairs and they didnt want to work with the warranty that she purchased when buying the car from Bill Estes. All around very disappointed with this dealership.
