1 starUpon application of products inside and outside the house, my dog's skin broke out in significant rashes, had to put him on steroids to treat the issue. I was on hold for 35 minutes with ecoshield trying to cancel my service and get a refund. I had to call a second time where I had to be on phone for 33 minutes where I was denied a ********* Not Use Ecoshield. When I made a BBB complain, they asked for a vet toxicology report to refund $191. I have not been able to get a refund from themReview fromChristine D

Ive had a few days to consider this before writing this review. My 91 year old MIL is generally safe at home alone, but is rarely left for long while I run errands. Last Friday, Route Mgr ***** stopped by while I was out on such errands. MIL has dementia, and we live in a gated community with a no soliciting policy, posted at the front gate. ***** stopped by, spent a while on the front porch talking to MIL. She pointed out the Ring camera to MIL who didnt remember what that even was. I was in the car driving, or I would have seen the interaction. Eventually, MIL called me on the phone talking about her friend that was at home with her. I was alarmed as no one had announced they were stopping in. It was at that point *****, on speaker phone, announced she was doing work in the neighborhood. I let her know immediately we were not interested and asked her to leave. MIL thought she was a friend and didnt understand. I had to get increasingly firm that ***** was to GET OUT! There was no immediate need to move. Eventually, MIL said she was walking ***** to the door. I watched them on Ring camera and they were dawdling. I then announced firmly over speaker *** had no ability to sign contracts and did not have access to money and to GET LOST. I told her I was calling a neighbor to remove her. She eventually left, but not before hugging my MIL. This was extremely inappropriate and pushy. She KNEW she was dealing with someone not able to sign a contract. I had a similar experience as others, a salesman told me about a $180 service which turned into almost $1000 over one year. I have never had to make so many customer service calls for a ************ were always disappointed. We also still have ants even though we completed the contracted 5 services. SO disappointed. While services rendered have been okay. The cancellation process of services is a nightmare. There is no ability to cancel service without talking to someone. On top of that, they are currently charging a $150 charge for what Im assuming is a cancellation fee. Asked them to cancel services through their texting service and they would not cancel, just threw a $150 charge my way. The service sucked even after 2 treatments. I was told Id pay 175$ for the year. Quickly in 2 months I was paying 175$ per treatment. He said this business was a small business and he was needing people to help. My fault for falling for it. I called customer service to cancel and they wouldnt let me hang up and kept offering me deals I didnt want. Did not tell me 150$ would be charged if I cancelled due to the great rate they gave me. You think 175$ per treatment is a great rate? Yeah right. Talked with them and they didnt care. Said I had 2 more weeks or Ill be turned to collections due to me not paying the fee 60 days after the notice. So I told them a bad review would be written and here it is. All they care about is scamming people and getting their money from ppl canceling. ****************. would not recommend. What the other reviewers have said is correct. The company spends a few minutes dusting around the house and then leaves. You could get better results yourself. I tried to canceling due to poor service and was transferred overseas. Once I got ahold of someone and communicated that I was going to stop my service I was transferred to another agent. That agent was extremely rude and refused to allow me to stop the service. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Their sales guy came to the house and convinced me to switch services. (shame on me) I have had this service since April 2024 and the bugs inside and outside my house are TERRIBLE. When you call customer service you are transferred overseas. This is not a local company!!! Their contract says you will see an influx of bugs for several months!!! What???!!! Because they use a c*** product or is watered down. Update:So upon signing up the service guy (****** the bug *******************)told me that he would cover the initial service fee and that I wouldnt be charged anything for 45 days and it would only be 160( which is why I signed up)However this was a lie! I woke up this morning, with the company trying to charge my card 149$. So now its been 4 days which over the 3day cancellation period Im responsible for the 149 plus 151$ (cancel fee).The guy who came out and did service was great but initial guy was a liar!Cleeford! Horrible company to do business with...high pressure sales and lies. Provided treatment once and did not show up the 2nd time. We tried canceling several times but they wouldn't allow us to cancel and sent out someone to our house after we canceled. They are billing us $150.00 fee for canceling this service.
