    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! This company makes an appointment with you and never shows up! My appointment was ****pm, at 2pm I called was told I was speaking to a national call center. Ask why I did not get the 30 minute call before arriving and why no one showed up, was told my appointment was changed to 12 to 4pm!! No one ever called me regarding change of appointment time, they did not know who changed the appointment but they would have the representative call me, never received a call! Waited till 4pm called them back, they then told me the appointment time was changed to 12-6:30pm and they would post a $25 credit on my account. I was never notified regarding all the changes of my appointment times. They NEVER SHOWED!! When I called the next morning whoever I spoke to was very apologetic, I cancelled the appointment that she said was rescheduled for that day, no call telling me it was moved to the next day!!! She filed a complaint number and told me the MANAGER would call in the next two hours, NEVER received the call from the MANAGER!! This company has very poor communication with their customers and waste your time! Please save yourself the headache of dealing with a irresponsible company!!

    This company is a joke. They did a good with my yellow jackets last fall and I was going to use them again this spring. They no call no showed on 2 appointments. So I cancelled the service. Yet I still got a bill in the mail for a service they never did. I called them to resolve the issue. They said it would be done in 48 hours. Here I am over 90 hours later and they still can't do anything right. Avoid them at all cost unless you like donating money to a company for phantom services.

    9/20/2021, I signed an Agreement with Presto-X along with a check for $725.00. This was with understanding that it would Cover their expenses to Give Initial Treatment of our yard as well as house perimeter. after which there would be 4 subsequent treatments.Initial Appointment was Set, response was Nil, no, no Show! A week later received treatment.Approximately 4 months later Second Appt was made for 1st of Four Treatments: No call /No Show!! Again had to wait days for this Treatment!I still have three treatments Not Done!!I have made repeated calls to Presto-X!!Each call has been Unsatisfactory! First Complaint call was responded with Promise to refund money! Three more calls by me have resulted in being told I would Now be refunded $565.00 by 12/22/22! I have waited Over a Year to have this Company do the right thing!!12/24/22 I have No Faith in this Presto-X organization and now want to make others aware of the unprofessional manner they do their business!!!
