I have shopped at Simon Property Group Malls for the last 6 years, since moving to the volunteer state. Simon property mall restrooms are atrocious. There is a fund, there are people to work. There is a chain of command to repair broken items in Simon Property restrooms. I dont know what Simons major malfunction is. Cant afford to fix it?When you are shopping ************************************ diamond baby and you dont smell dirty feminine hygiene products 50 ft from the restroom you are welcome. I made that happen. When you use the Green Hills restroom and find toilet paper and soap. You are welcome. I made it happen. When in *********** restroom and dont find blood on the floor for days and blood clots laying on the floorAnthony left it for 2nd shift. You are welcome. I made it ********** shopping at **** Mills mall. Both are located in *********. The restroom doors dont lock. There is an issue. I left a ****** review over a month ago. Its the holidays. Time for Simon Centers to make bank. The restroom doors do not lock. The most disheartening thing was seeing, yes seeing special needs people and the elderly sitting on the toilet begging for help with the door. Some special needs people and elderly crying because they were humiliated by their encounters in a Simon Property. They didnt call Simon about the incident? Probably far too embarrassed and just wont return. Now to my other experience in a Simon restroom at ****************************************. I went into the larger stall for people in wheelchairs. I sat down, some one else closed other restroom door and the entire line of stall walls shifted. Yes shifting an entire foot. Nothing to see here. I messaged Simon Property Group personally. Let them know of the issue. To date, nothing has been fix with the restrooms stalls. The *** was instrumental in getting such issues resolved at Green ************** at Simon Properties Opry Mills ************** I have witnessed many people sitting on the toilet half naked.

8/10/2024 I walked into store Over The Wall within the Premium ********************** in *************, ******* and I was approached by Their Security Guard ******* ******, who told me he needs me to leave the mall, I said why? He didn't give me a reason. So I continued to look around, he made a jester reaching for his handcuffs, I was shocked how he can just walk up to a customer in a store and act like he wants to put them in handcuffs without even telling the customer why. He said he was calling the police and left the store. Why didn't he put handcuffs on me first then call the police. I then walked in Sleeping Tiger when I seen himself and 2 officers standing outside so I went outside. Officers said ******* ****** told them I hit a sign, I told them no I didn't. What sign did I hit one officer said the one hanging from the ceiling in front of Sleeping Tiger I said no I didn'*. ****** approached me in another store. First ****** harassed me and stalked me. Second he lied to the police telling them I hit a sign. Third he even lied made up what sign I supposedly hit or the officers made it up, lied saying the one hanging above us but he harassed me before I came into the Sleeping Tiger. Officer *. ********** #*** issued me a No Trespass and officers told me I can no longer return to Premium Lighthouse Outlet Mall. Oh, while in the presence of the officers I asked ******* ****** #*** who didn't tell me why he harassed, stalked me wanting me to leave at first I had to ask him several times in front of the officers, he first said I'm creeping out the customers. What! Defamation of Character also with that. I'm disabled an endangered adult and laws were broken but not by me. I warn the public of their security guard who harass, stalk and discriminate against disabled people. ******* ****** badge #*** needs to be removed from his job mis-use of authority and the officers need to be punished as well for not establishing any proof but a liars word.

I was given a $50;gift card after using it at a Kroger instill had $7 left on it , when I tried to use it it was declined , so here's where it gets suspicious ii call customer service she said I have to order a new card , because using my card at Kroger was suspicious activity,,,WHAT?!? I told her I don't want a new card I want you to turn this one back on I never disputed any charges I never asked them to shut it off they took it upon themselves to just furn it off for no reason and it's only $7 left on there but the point is it's mine and I should be able to access it without any interference from Simon's employees or customer service , this is invasive and unacceptable that they have power over a card you purchased from them to be able to shut it down for no reason and demand that you get another card I'm beyond ****** off , I feel violated and dumfounded at the same time, is this how they do everybody or am I the lucky one, I've never heard of a company demand that you get a new card , even after I stated several times that I do not want a new card I want this one turned back on how do they get by with doing this to people like seriously I just can't wrap my head around it
