      My daughter opened her Christmas gift and the white **** AIR *** 97 had a pink stain on them. I took them to JD SPORTS and they refused to give me a refund because it was past 45 days. They told me that I could have put the stain on the shoe MYSELF and had to mail the defective sneaker back to finish line. I called finish line and they told me I had to contact the MANUFACTURER! What??? Now **** says I have to file a CLAIM??? THE CONSUMER HAS TO FILE A CLAIM WITH **** TO GET A REFUND FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT! I PURCHASE A $100 PAIR OF **** SNEAKERS WITH A PINK STAIN ON THEM AND I HAVE TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER?? What a hassle and inconvenience let alone being told that I could have put the stain on them. DONT TAKE A CHANCE ORDERING **** FROM FINISH LINE. THIS COULD BE YOU.

      I ordereded shoes at the Muncie store. The male manager and associate said no problem having it shipped to store. I go and track my shipment only to see its been cancelled. I didnt get an email nothing. I call customer service all they can tell me is they dont know what happened but i wasnt charged, yes i was ****** and it hadnt been refunded but ordered cancelled. I called our Muncie store spoke with a woman manager who said i should have been told not to have sent to store but my home. She then informed me when it gets shipped to store it comes with regular stock so they were put on shelf and not marked as a customer pick up. Are you kidding me!!! Then why would you offer to ship to store if that is how it works if i was told this NEVER would i have done it this way these shoes were a present. I have to dispute this charge now since i have no shpes and finish line has never credited me and that takes 90 days. What bad service from not only customer service but also the Muncie store. Shame on you all ****** learned!!!

      I ordered $153.65 shoes for my son and they sent the wrong shoes. Then they told me that I had to send the wrong shoes back in order for me to receive the correct shoes. Well they emailed a return label for *** and I was charged a fee from *** to ship them back to Finish Line!! I called Finish Line to tel them that and they said we apologize we are sending your correct shoes now and even gave me an order number! Why when I called today to check on the order, they tell me that the shoes are sold out! Now I have to wait for up to 10 business days for my refund. I will never order from finish line again! To top it all off I placed 4 orders with them within a two days span and none of the orders are showing in my finish line account so I didnt get the points for even ordering in the first place!

      Bait and switch online presence! Theyll list shoes as being locally available and once the charge has been processed theyll cancel the authorization and let the funds sit between accounts so they appear to generate sales! ****** off and all their offshore can say is to contact my financial institution. F that! I did twice and they say this company hasnt released their hold. Bait. And. Switch. Buyer beware on these crooks!

      Ordered a pair of sneakers for my son on 11/06/22 and the order was canceled by Finish Line via email on 11/11/22. The email stated if the cancellation was unexpected to call customer service. I called customer service and told them I was calling as per the email to find out why my order was unexpectedly canceled. He looked up the order number and told me the reason is because they dont have the size. I asked why do they sell products that they dont have in inventory. The answer was, they are sorry and that their website is not in real time. I asked where could I have read that so I would not have ordered from them . He couldnt answer the question.

      this company is selling knock off sneakers. I ordered my normal size sneakers and I got what looked like a kid size shoe, the stick on them was all cut wrong, laces were missing the plastic wrap around them.. I will not be ordering thru there website ever again. I called customer service to let them know and the rep was not concerned. they do not deserve a start

      The company is selling the same shoes for different prices at different locations I bought a pair online and when I went to a store they were half off. When I asked they said they dont correct pricing and disconnect the call I would expect more from a company

      I tried to buy 8 pairs of shoes but got kicked out because six females that I dont know walked up to me and I didnt say anything I didnt yell at them besides say whats up ! I was the only white person there as well as my bf and the manager made us leave but stayed and laughed w the black people because we are white thats racism

      I place an order back on Aug.7th,2022. Had a delivery date from August 8th-12th. On the 14th I get an email saying my order still being processed. August 15th I called to cancel my order she informed me that they misplaced my order and it couldn't be found (at this point I don't even want the shoes no more) I ask for refund she said ok it'll take ***** hours to view then another ***** to refund me. No refund so I call back they tell me your order is not showing its being canceled so now I'm mad again this time I request a email stating the date time and description that my refund is being out in on Aug. 22nd. Wait 6 business days again still no refund like I'm not understanding why it's taking so long when I been made this issue known?

      I placed an order on July 3rd 2022 On Aug 5th I had not received my product and no call or email about my product. I called on Aug 5th and waited on hold for 30 plus minutes and was disconnected. I called back on Aug 6th and waited almost 30 minutes. I finally got someone on the phone and finally got a refund because the item was sold out. To me there was no real remorse and if I didnt call and wait, I would have never received any information on my order. Now I have to wait another 3-5 days for my refund. Very much unacceptable.
