      I would give them a zero if possible. I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me two different sizes. Not even close to each other, a 10 and a 13. When I asked about replacement I was told by two separate employees that I would get the replacement. But they just refunded me instead.. this was a sale item, almost seems like they did it on purpose. Definitely shady business practices going on over there. They should be held accountable

      Ordered 8 items in one order but only received 7. Two months later, online shipping status for that one item still says "labeled created. Awaiting for pick up", but Finish Line charged the entire order amount when the order was received. Called to request a refund. Customer representative said it's past 45 days so nothing she can do. I said they shouldn't have charged me for something that had never shipped. She placed me on hold for about 20 mins, then said I will find out in 6-8 days whether her request of a replacement work or not. She said it might not work since it had passed the 45-day return policy. I asked for a refund and she said it's not an option. I expressed my frustration for not getting the shoes I ordered but being charged for it. She ended the call, then called me with her personal phone with caller ID blocked said I am a b**** to deal with. It's unbelievable! This place is not for me and definitely not for you if you don't want to waste time to chase down your order or refund. Shop elsewhere!

      I have had horrible experiences with this company. The first time I received the wrong shoe and just simply returned it. This last time I ordered and received the wrong size (mens size instead of womens). I reached out and they said they would be sending a replacement and to just return the wrong ones. They gave me a 4-6 day arrival. 10 days later I reach out because I have no received tracking and they have already received my return. They gave me an order # and said once it shipped I would get tracking. Waiting 4-5 days and still nothing. Emailed and got the same email saying 4-6 days Ill get my shoes/tracking. Still nothing, I told them at this point my gift isnt making it to the time I needed them and to get me tracking ASAP or refund. Within hours I received an email saying my order was canceled. Theyre horrible and dont care that my money was taken and no product showed up and now i still have to wait to get my money back. I will never purchase from this horrible company. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere.

      POOR SERVICE! Buyers beware! DO not buy anything from FINISHLINE! I ordered Dinosaur crocs for Christmas for grandson size 9, they sent me a size 6. I returned the shoes on 1/3 was told I'd would receive them in a couple days because they were putting a 2 day rush on them, they never came! Called back on 1/17, again requested my replacement order was told I would receive refund. Stated I'd prefer the shoes as they were a Christmas gift requested to speak with a supervisor, told supervisor not available, was told my monies were being refunded. (No monies were returned). Called same day spoke with someone else they spoke with supervisor and was authorized to process a replacement order since returned order was showing arrival at *** in ************** (they were only going to ************, ** about ***** mins away from *************** would receive order ** 2 days, again NOTHING! Received email (same day) that order was CANCELED! Then told they couldn't process another cause the order was canceled, but they wouldn't refund me my monies until they received the order back in their warehouse that was due to be delivered today (1/20) would have to wait until coming Wednesday (1/25) to receive refund! POOR SERVICE, WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FINISHLINE EVER AGAIN WON'T EVEN BUY FROM THEM OUT THEIR STORES!

      past ******, who was at this time talking to 3 people in front of store as if my issue was not his concern. This has been the worse display of management I have ever seen or received . I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and currently been a manager of a billion dollar company for ************************************************* made them feel as worthless as I do now. As if this happens, this is their process, not his concern. I was given instructions from your customer service to try to return the shoes to another store, but I once again, no responsibility of Finish line, but all on the customer to see if this can be rectified or if a different store will embarrass me again. I hope you understand we all have choices and my choice at this time is not to be a consumer of Finish line due to the choices made today. I was able to speak with a manager that was understanding when I called customer service after my debacle, but I again had to escalate to make that happen.

      Stay clear of Finish Line. I had the worst experience. Recently bought online a pair of tennis shoes for my nephew, **** confirmed the sale and even gave me the estimated delivery time. A couple of days later I just simply received an e-mail that my order was cancelled.Just called their customer service and basically they told me "sorry but your out of luck". This pair of sneakers will highly likely become popular. I imagine they have some sort of arrangement with the secondary ************* market sellers and that is why I got shammed.

      Big Shoutout to Jaz ( like the music ) down here @******************, He was very cool : ) & quick on his feet. Answered all questions that I had, with no issue. Any request I had he made sure it was completed. In the end I left Satisfied & was very welcomed by his *****************

      Finish Lines website advertised a pair of shoes for a certain price, I added it to my cart and checked out that item amongst others. I realized after that the item rung up full price, immediately after I called customer service and was informed to show proof by sending an email to customer service. They did not honor their advertised price, and stated the do not issue pricing adjustments. They showed no empathy or compassion towards my issue and did not resolve the issue. As soon as I receive my order I plan on returning every item I ordered. I spend a lot of money with that company, but plan on no longer shopping with them I am finished with finish line! Pun intended!!

      I bought a **** down jacket from the north face on sale at the finish line, and they canceled my order, but I found that the website was still selling it. I asked the customer service, and they told me that they didn't update the inventory. Actually, they don't think they should sell the down jacket at a discount

      I ordered shoes online through Finish Line's website. A day later, the order was cancelled with no notice on why it was cancelled. I called their customer service line to follow up. I was on hold for 40 minutes until an operator answered and called me the wrong name several times. Then, I was told that Finish Line essentially decided not to honor their discount so they cancelled instead.
