I have to brag on Bone Dry Roofing. I am absolutely amazed (but not surprised) at the work quality and customer service of this company.First of all, the sales person I dealt with, ******************* was phenomenal. He was so professional and provided me with a great presentation on who Bone Dry is and what I could expect if I hired them. Ive dealt with other roofing companies before and I have never experienced this type of customer service. By the time he was finished with the presentation, it was a no brainer that I wanted to hire them! He even patched areas of my roof that were missing shingles to avoid any water intrusion while I worked with my insurance. Definitely reach out to ******************* . You wont be disappointed!Now for the roofing process.. They kept me in the loop through text message each step of the way with photos (see attached photos) and had a supervisor on the roof with the installers the entire time. I never once had to wonder what was going on.The text messaging is absolutely amazing and included the *** the sales team, district manager, and supervisor so we could all be on the same page.They started the roof on a Friday, city inspection was Monday, and they finished the roof on Tuesday by early afternoon.I cannot express how pleased I am.With the horror stories I have heard about some roofers in this area (especially post Hurricane ***), I wanted to share this positive experience incase anyone else is looking for a roofing company that has their absolute best interest in mind! Every single person I have dealt with at Bone Dry has been EXCEPTIONAL!!They have also been rated Roofing Contractor of the Year and have a 25 year warranty on their shingle roofs!Bone Dry Roofing

I cant speak highly enough of this company! From the minute I reached out to them until the work was completed they handled everything beyond my expectations. They had someone come out the same day I called with my roof concern (we were selling our house and the inspector found there was a roof issue). They got us on the schedule within a week! The company was excellent at communicating with me the entire time and send me pictures and videos along the way. I am so happy with my decision to use them. I highly recommend them and want them to know how much I appreciate everything they did for us.Bone Dry Roofing

We have used Bone Dry for many years and have always been satisfied with their work. The employees are well trained and execute the work in a professional manner. They were prompt in sending us a detailed proposal, and they were prompt in booking the job and getting it done. Their staff was friendly and very helpful. Guys were here on time. There were a few surprises when the tar paper and shingles were removed. Overs 50 pieces of sheeting was replaced and a few of the rafters needed to be shored up - so glad their warehouse is nearby and they had all the additional supplies needed. The crew worked really hard and finished around 530pm. Clean up was amazing and all items on the deck were replaced perfectly. Project manager was on site the whole time taking pictures and sending them to me. Assistant project manager came out the next day to inspect the roof and take more pictures. Several days later I had gutter covers installed. *** was very pleasant, very efficient and again took pictures and sent them to me. I highly recommend this company!Bone Dry Roofing

Upon meeting the initial Bone Dry roof inspector, he said he and his brother were going to perform the work. I asked some specific questions regarding the job which he answered. He was good to answer my emails in a timely manner, but after signing the contract (which I dropped off at the **************** ***************), I no longer received responses to my emails. Accordingly, I called the office and the assistant put me through to the voice mail of manager ****. **** contacted me and proceeded to schedule my respective roof replacements, completed on one very hot day by a team, none of which included the initial roof inspector nor his brother. In the estimate I received, I was given an introduction about this roof inspector so I assumed he would be on site the day the roofs were replaced. A bit later on in the day, another man showed up and got out of a grey, four-door work truck and went to check on the team. Upon returning to his work truck, he threw an empty water bottle on my lawn. I do not appreciate anything of this nature being thrown on my lawn. The team retrieved it before they left. The roofs look very nice at least from what I can see. **** came by to pick up my payment and address any questions I had. Thank you for a team who could work during this extreme heat, even though, for what I deemed, could not understand much English, if any. Bone Dry replaced the roof on my house many years ago, thus the reason I selected them again.Bone Dry Roofing

The original estimate was too low because the first contractor didnt notice we had a second set of shingles to remove..was told this was an easy catch..very sloppy..overall I like the completed roof..considering everything they stayed until they were completely done on a very hot dayBone Dry Roofing

Contacted Bone Dry for some guttering repair. **** came out within 2 days. Gave us a reasonable quote on 6/27/2024 & said they would schedule as soon as possible. **** arrived at our door 7/5/2024 and I have to say he was outstanding -- very courteous, meticulous, came & got us if he had questions which we appreciated. Completed the job, cleaned up and asked if could do anything else. Highly recommend this company.Located in ************Bone Dry Roofing
