A tree had lost its branch that fell into the house in a recent storm.. I called Bone Dry to get a quote & used them. They came out when they said, and completed the job. They were professional and did the repair completely at a fair price.

I purchased a home in May 2024 with a roof installed by Bone Dry. Before closing, the roof was inspected and repaired by Bone Dry under the previous owners *********** April 2025, I experienced a roof leak. When I contacted Bone Dry, they informed me that the warranty is only transferrable within 60 days of closing and requires a fee. Because that process was not completed - they would not be honoring the warranty. While that policy is understandable, it was not included in the warranty documentation I received from the previous owner. When I requested a copy of the transfer policy, Bone Dry stopped responding entirely. This lack of transparency is disappointing. A company includes a policy like this to protect themselves if the roof is not properly maintained or work is performed by someone else. In this case, Bone Dry is using the policy to protect against repairing their own work. If Bone Dry is not confident in the quality of their own workmanship - why should you consider them for work on your property?Bone Dry Roofing

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your experience I completely understand your frustration, and Im really sorry for the lack of follow-up and clarity you've received.
Youre right, our warranty transfer policy does require it to be completed within 60 days of closing, along with a small fee. The goal is to ensure we have accurate records and that the roofs been properly maintained. That said, if this policy wasnt included in the documentation you received, and no one followed up with you when you asked for it, thats on us and thats not the kind of service we aim to provide.
This policy isnt meant to avoid responsibility, especially for work weve done ourselves. We want to stand by the quality of our roofs, and Im sorry if this situation made it feel otherwise.We have forwarded your concern on to the management team who is reviewing the situation and will be in touch.

From my first contact with Bone Dry Roofing and all throughout the installation of my new roof, everyone I have had contact with has been professional, polite and very helpful. They kept me informed of step and sent pictures and video to show me exactly what they were doing and seeing. I was so pleased with the results of having my retaining wall repaired and having a new limestone cap placed on it. I was given 2 options of how I could have the wall repaired and so glad I chose this option. The attention to detail and meticulous care was amazing. They were also great about communicating with me of when they would be there and giving me updates on the process. Would totally recommend them for masonry work.Bone Dry Roofing

I read the comments on this site and honestly, I can't add a lot to it. I've used Bone Dry Roofing in the past with great outcomes for complicated problems caused by an itinerant roofing company who "repaired" the roof around the chimney after a major storm. I was super impressed then. They were honest, fast, produced quality *********** comes a problem with the fireplace damper which during this past winter froze up a time or two. When the ice thawed out, the damper made all sorts of ******** I called Bone Dry. They came within two days, assessed the problem, offered a solution that most of my neighbors seem to use from what I can tell by looking at their chimney tops, made a bid, explained the process, said it would be a couple of weeks before they could come BUT they came in a couple of days.And the new chimney cap was installed, the concrete chimney cap had developed over the years a small crack which was covered over by Bone Dry so as to prevent any further damage to the chimney cap. They also advised applying water repellent to the entire chimney which I thought was a good idea too.The job was done in record time, and from the photos they took and shared with me, it appears to be Class A workmanship.Should other roof issues arise my first call will be to Bone Dry. There's no need to go with an untrusted company when this one is so great.Bone Dry Roofing

I could not be happier with my choice for our roof replacement. From the very first call, to the estimate and all the way through the process, their customer service was unparalleled. ****** *******, you absolute legend-thank you for being patient with my ***** questions, my just one more thing texts and my mild panic when the **** turned into the Pony Express. Their A+ BBB rating isnt just for show-its 100% earned. The entire process was smooth (except for a few unavoidable hiccups-Mother Nature decided to throw a tantrum mid-project), transparent and professional. Ive no doubt that any warranty issues that may come up in the future will be taken care of, just as thoroughly and professionally as the roof replacement. If youre on the fence, stop hesitating, these folks are the real deal.Bone Dry Roofing
