After setting up a quote appointment online, **************** came out and performed an assessment on the condition of our roof. Unfortunately, we also had some loose siding over ********** I was wanting to get fixed but had not informed them of this. Fortunately, they took the initiative and also provided a quote for that repair as well. They took their time discussing our options and provided a reasonable quote for the roof and siding. They even provided some guidance on beneficial, but non urgent, gutter enhancements. I opted for the 10-month same as cash option so no monies were due to schedule project. Our roof was able to be completed in a few hours on day one and the siding on day two. ************** process and the results look great! Bone Dry is truly a professional team that will be in our service provider catalog for many years to come and they are definitely recommended by me and family. Thank you for the excellent service! P.S. Looking forward to ****** Maps updating our house pictures with our new roofing ??

Good job from start to finish. The estimator was very clear and informative, the repair to the valley was done expertly, quickly, aesthetically, thoroughly, and cleanly. Every thing was left finished and clean after 3/5 hours. I think the price could be better. Thus, only 4 stars.Bone Dry Roofing

Bone Dry repaired a broken chase lid on our chimney that was allowing rain to leak into the house. The Team communicated regularly about the status of our project, and sent photos during and after repairs. Very happy with the job and communication!Bone Dry Roofing

I contacted Bone Dry Roofing (BDR) after several attempts to get a stone coated metal (Gerrard or Decra) roof failed here in ****. I trust the product, but not the installer based to get the jopb done properly and on schedule.Enter Corning TuDefinition Duration FLEX shingles and BDR. did get two asphalt shingle quotes, but I liked the Dow Corning prooduct and had seen BDR in action across the street a year earlier. Their quote process was professional and through. They didn't try to up sell and did that on my own examining the shingles. But, a roof is as good as it is installed.Once I quickly got the quote and price settled, the process of installation begins. BDR targeted a decent day in February (warm shot mid day to 50 F) . The crew started sun-up with the tear-off and new underlayment. By noon and warmer temps setting shingles began. The cleanliness was awesome. Tarps were spread around the house and little debris was left off in the lawn. The ground crew removed debris real time so the mess was mitigated as it could be.The ~26 square roof was done by 4:30 PM and some minor detail issues completed after that. My roof was 20 years old and near EOL. The new roofs color (driftwood) look good with the orangeish rust brick. The product and the installer both seem to have come through just fine. There are minor shingle batch color variation but haven't seen any shingles no exhibit that, even black shingles (some are **** to less so!). The ***** person crew was direct and knowledgable in their job assignments as could see by how rapidly they got it done, and done well. Practice makes perfect and why I went Architectural Asphalt level 4 shingles over ******* or Decra stone coated metal...there was no installation support in the mid west. I tried. Bone Dry did a roof repair. It was urgent because we had a serious leak in **********. There was another major rain event on the horizon so it was urgent. Bone dry quickly came in to tarp a portion of the roof damaged to keep from getting any additional issues. They then came back in a timely manner and satisfactorily did the repairs. They were professional and the work was done by qualified people. They kept us informed through the process. I actually recommended them to our HOA as part of our vendor list to share with neighbors. Bone Dry responded quickly and efficiently to our chimney inspection request and completed the repair as proposed. They were professional, shared progress via images/video and maintained their competitive quote. I called them again a few months later after a storm to repair roof tiles. Same experience.
