5 starsI worked with ********* and Restoration for a third time. ***** C, my sales representative came to review my roof for damage after I encountered some small size hail on May 16, 2025. ***** had just overseen a repair to my roof just weeks before from a severe thunderstorm. At my other house, ***** had found damage from hail and helped me file a claim with my insurance company. Indy Roof and Restoration did a terrific job before. I wanted use them ********, ***** was out today, performed an inspection just like the insurance company would. I didnt have any damage. He told me straight out. We shook hands and he left. Not once did he encourage to try to replace the roof. I appreciate ***** Cs integrity and the quality of work from Indy Roof and Restoration.Review fromShirley Z

After intense research, my husband and I chose Indy Roofing and Restoration to replace our roof and install insulation in our attic. There were a few hiccups, but our salesman ***** was always available to give guidance or respond to any concerns. We are very happy with the roof and insulation. They did damage some of our gutters but promptly replaced them.

5 stars***** was the best. He made sure things were in order.The roofers could have done a better job during roof removal of cleaning but at the end cleaned up the area. The crew couldnt speak English which made it hard to communicate with them in regards to questions and follow up on work..Review fromDanielle C

1 starIf there was a way to put a negative star I would give that. My house was hit by lightening and my poc took forever to get back with me to even start the restoration. I have worked with other companies before and going months without being in contact made be feel very sketchy on how this business is ran. My work that I had done for the roof by this roofing company is already starting to come up less than a year later. Also, with this being said we verbally talked about some work being done and because we changed our mind after seeing the roofing job, now they are trying to pursue me for money for a job they did not do. This is the making and poor judgement and leadership that is behind Indy roof. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone unless they want to just give money away for no reason.Review fromKyle H

Absolutely Incredible !! This is a fantastic company to work with , first my roof is perfect !. The staff is professional , friendly , fast , I truly felt I was working with friends throughout the job of home repair . ***** ***** from day one was always at the ready to answer questions and let me talk on and on as though wed known each other for years . What a great experience with this company and I will be going to Indy Roof for anything that I need in future home repair .
