    Thank you Indy Roof & Restoration for a superbly done job on our new roof, gutters and downspouts! From our honest and transparent sales agent, *****, to the roof and gutter install teams, to our responsive project manager, *****, they were all professional, polite, proficient and prompt! We love our new roof, gutters and downspouts. Clean up was well done, too. Now we dont fear the rain anymore! We would recommend Indy Roof and Restoration to anyone in need of a roof, gutters or downspouts, without a doubt. Thanks for a job well done!

    They worked closely with me and my insurance to make sure I got the most out of my service. I started this journey with a home in my roof causing leaks. They did a quick patch up while they got to work creating a claim with my insurance to fix the rest later. We ended up finding more issues with the roof and siding that they showed me through pictures and videos and they managed to get me an entire new roof and exterior siding while I only paid the deductible for my insurance. They patiently explained to me all my options and I feel like I got a total home makeover where other roofing businesses only wanted to sell me overpriced quick fixes that didnt work andI would have had to pay out of pocket. My home is now beautiful and my roof is leak free! I would highly recommend Indy Roof to anyone unsure about how to navigate getting damage repaired through their insurance or dont know what roofing company to trust.

    Representative was timely and had excellent communication skills so I knew when he was to arrive. He was very professional in his conduct and address and he gave me an excellent review about the condition of my roof. I recommend any roofing and restoration.

    Absolutely the best for all your roofing needs. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Our representative ** made a stressful insurance claim smooth and pain free. Spent hours dealing with our insurance company and making sure we were taken care of. Cannot thank him enough for helping our family.

    They are ambulance chasers. They came and rang our doorbell and we have a sign up that says please do not knock or ring doorbell, our dog just had surgery. (leg amputated). They made our dog run to the door (as all dogs do) and cause her to slide, hit her bowl stand and put a hole in the wall. I called and reported it and they send out a manager out and all he did was act cocky, puff his chest and try to intimidate me. There was a sign! Plus the neighborhood is a no solicit neighborhood.

    When no one else could get our insurance company to pay for a new roof even though we obviously needed one, ******************* from Indy Roof Company had the Midas touch! He was beyond wonderful to work with in every aspect throughout the entire project! He was super friendly, knowledgeable, polite, always available, and just nice to be around. I know that you read a review like this and think that Im just exaggerating, but my words are sincere. **** was truly amazing! The crew that actually put the new roof on was friendly too. They did a great and efficient job. The roof is beautiful. We couldnt be happier with the end result and experience.

    I had the pleasure of working with **** at ********* when we had companies approaching us looking over hill damage in our neighborhood. I make it a habit of looking at reviews. Im very sources and I was seeing all five stars that Im always leery when I see that. The ones that were not five stars appeared to be people that have left negative reviews that were customers and they responded to all of the reviews so that was very impressive as well.That was good enough for me too, to make the choice And it be quite ***** from the very first communications to the start of business to the cleanup and inspections afterwards and addressing any concerns, I had they thoroughly impressed at every stage and **** was the ambassador, my voice And representative, all along the way Again, this company and I might add through their representative earned another five star. I would highly recommend them and *********And now Im not only consider him my representative, but a new friend. Thank you for the experience. I wont hesitate to recommend this company.Rod
