  ***** and her husband are the most absolute amazing people I have ever met. They are caring and understanding and they help you keep positive vibes thru out the whole experience. I have had my storage building there ever since 2010. And nothing ever happened to my things and I can honestly say that out of all the mangers that have come and gone ***** and her husband are my up most favorite. Thank you so much .. ??

  Purchased a storage unit on 9/23/2024 at 11am, and the fill-in employee failed to show me the unit I was renting. I drove in myself and found the unit with a company lock on it. Thinking this was their procedure until I provided my own lock and not being told any differently, I added my lock to the unit. The next morning I received a call from one of the managers stating that the fill-in employee should have shown me the unit and that they needed to clean it prior to my renting. She asked me to come in and take my lock off the unit. My situation has changed overnight and I no longer needed the unit. The manager told me she would have my refund "quickly". I was at the unit by 10am on 9/24/2024 to remove my lock. The other manager followed me in, opened the unit and I could see how dirty it was. He stated that the unit should never have been rented to me in that condition. Fast forward to me not receiving $70.24 of my payment back due to "not providing a 10-day notice of termination." Mind you, the day of rental was less than 30 days before the end of the month, I was NOT a previous renter and the lease term was NOT renewing (therefore clause 17 does not apply), and I did NOT take possession of the unit since the company lock was on for the entire 24 hours my lock was. I have been given the runaround from the manager concerning a contact for "the home office" and she outright lied via text to me in stating that I "declined to see the unit prior to renting." Charging me $70.24 for a rental unit that I did not take possession of for one minute is fraud and I demand the return of my entire payment.

  Sweet manager at this unit nonetheless but I would not recommend this storage to my foe. 2 months into having a new unit and purchasing a new house, my husband and I returned to get our items and EVERYTHING has been eaten up by rats. Our washer hose COMPLETELY destroyed. All Vacuum sealed and zipped up bags of clothing/winter apparel have bite marks and holes in them. My kids toys are filled with rat f**** Dresser have rat nests on the inside. We waisted money upgrading to a new storage because we are now having to toss everything out. We were told nothing can be done and that they spray the property but when other people who have units bring food this is what causes the issue.

  The store manager, ***, is really a people person. Her and her staff keep the property neat every time I visit, whether during business hours or after, the property is always kept clean and secure. I always see someone from the office walking the premises. I have been a client of this company for several years now and I have absolutely no complaints.

  My experience with U-Stor Self Storage has been so nice that I'm going to actually regret leaving (I'm moving to another city, which was why I needed storage). I adore the managers; they are incredibly friendly and personally helped me with two specific instances above and beyond merely 'watching my stuff.' In fact, 'managers' is such a cold and impersonal word; instead, I call them 'caretakers.' They certainly took care of me! Very personable. When I told them I was getting ready to move, having found a house, they wanted to hear all about it and were thrilled for me. But back to business! I rented 2 different-sized units (at different times). The property layout was nice and spacey; the units themselves were well-maintained and protected my belongings well. The office hours, website, around-the-clock access, and auto-payments were all very convenient. I never worried once. The rates are very reasonable, too! I'll close by going back to the best part: the caretakers, *** and *** (I think the software is going to hide your names, but I'm mentioning you as THE BEST PART of my experience). I'm going to miss you guys, and I think I'd have to look long and hard to find another storage unit with such a great team. THANK YOU!!

  This is one of the best storage places I've ever rented. The customer service is excellent and the hours are perfect. I would recommend them to everyone.
