Vendor was used by *************** GMC of **********, ** to file purchase, title, and registration of a new vehicle. Vehicle was purchased 12 November. Based on a screen shot provided by *************************** it shows that initially *************** did not supply complete information on 12 December. On 16 December your company received the paperwork and did not move to send to the ******* *** until 9 January. My 30 day tags have since expired due to both companies inattentivness. I'm now nearly 60 days post purchase with out a title nor registered vehicle and must take time off of work to visit the *** to pay for a new 30 day title in hopes that the **************** will be able to complete the transaction in the next month. I have requested verification as to where the company sent the sale paperwork. The clerks office from ******* County ******* is willing to fast track the documents due to my status as an out of state military member and the repercussions this situation.

****************** purchased the vehicle on November 12,2022.  Opus VTR, the third party title and registration company contracted by ***************, received the paper documents from *************** on November 29th. It was not until December 13th that a representative from *************** submitted the incomplete deal.  On December 16th, Opus requested from *************** the original odometer statement document needed to for the deal to be shipped to the ***.  *************** did not ship the odometer statement until December 28th. All documents were then shipped to the *** on January 9th. Opus received the plates on January 19th and will ship the plates to ****************** on January 20th.  We apologize for the delay but it was processed as fast as we received proper documentation and approvals from the dealership.
