      For a towing service, they do not care about the business. They refuse to take your information. If you're stranded, they're too busy to help. The person on the phone just continues to rudely tell you, "there's nothing we can do." I asked to be put on a waiting list because my car wasn't going anywhere, and even if it took a day, I was ok with that. Still nothing, "we are too busy, there's nothing we can do." Looking at their online reviews, it looks like they are always too busy to help anyone. Furthermore, reading through the reviews shows they change their quotes, short change customers trying to scrap, won't identify scrap properly resulting in customers not getting a fair price for their scrap, they'll damage customers vehicles and not do anything about it except charge the customer more, and several other horrible practices. I expect this type of treatment from an off the beaten path hodunk sketchy crusty crumbling garage, not from a well known name used by the entirety of ************. I've given this company three separate chances, and it only gets worse and worse. Whoever is answering the calls (same person all 3 times I tried them) should never, and I repeat NEVER be in customer service. I'd be ashamed of my company if I kept that person employed. How this company is still around and haven't been shut down, I haven't a clue. There no way everything they do is legal. Please never go here or try to use them.

      I would like this comment removed as it is a blanket statement concerning not receiving service. I have to assume this was during the recent sub zero temps when we were ****************** with police agency tows but I have no way to verify. This comment also elaborated on things having to do with our other divisions that this person has no reason to speculate on as his issue was regarding not receiving a tow truck.
