    I have tried on multiple attempts to speak to someone regarding the cruise that is included in my package. Called 2/24 - No one picked up. I was on hold before it sent me to voicemail after 8 minutes. I left a message.Called 4/1 - No one picked up. I was on hold before it sent me to voicemail after 8 minutes. I left a message.Chatted 4/7 - Rep followed up and called me after I told him how much difficulty I had in talking to someone who could help me. He told me that I needed to get a certificate number for CRV. I told him that no one provided that to me. He told me to call the ** Travel Trips number. He also made a service ticket. I emailed back on that chain 4/15 and 4/22 that no one had followed up with me.4/22 - Called and was on hold, until it gave me an option for a call back. I did that option. I then called again and stayed on hold hoping someone would pick up. I was on hold for about 8 minutes until it sent me to voicemail. I left a ************ some point in between this, someone called me to buy another ** Travel Trip package and explained to them that I already had one and that no one was calling me back. I told them this felt like a scam.I NEED someone to call me and help me get this sorted out. This is truly concerning.

    I purchased a ****** dollar trip from ******** on 10/10/24 I have called so many times to only get a voicemail I have been trying to secure my travel plans and have not been able to reach no one I have left many messages and at this point I need someone to contact me or refund my money

    IF THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THEN WHY IS IT STILL ACCREDITED? IF THIS COMPANY IS STEALING MONEY FROM PEOPLE THEN WHY IS IT STLL OPEN & PERMITTED TO OPERATE? SHUT THE COMPANY DOWN! PENALIZE IT & PROSECUTE TO THE HIGHEST DEGREE IF IT IS A FRAUDULENT SCAM!

    I brought a package for ****** in 8/14/2022. I arrange and did the presentation. Then went on to book my all inclusive with airfare was then told it was going to be 1000 for taxes to which I was willing to pay but when I looked up the hotel which was a 2 star and terrible reviews I then told them I wanted a better hotel but then told me it would be 3000 when I went to call to inquire about this issue was informed that the women was fired left several messages and kept getting the run around. Everyone who had anything to do with my package is fired and meanwhile they got ****** for free

    Unprofessional! This company called my home on a Saturday morning from the same area code as mine, so I answered the phone. ****** was the callers name and then started her script. I told her I was not interested and she ended the call by calling me an idiot! These are the people you employ

    Easy travel trip, That name is a lie. Its not easy. I started with them, Set up the whole thing and a payment plan on layaway, That day, I decided when I ordered it that I was going to cancel because I wanted to pay for it on my own and go somewhere else. They told me to email: cancel at eztraveltrips com The first time I emailed them, they told me it was canceled and that I would have a refund within the five to seven business days the usual. Then I got another charge. So I emailed them again and I asked why I was being charged and they said that it was because there was a technical difficulty with my layaway and that they were going to send it to tech-support to have it canceled and then give me a call when it was sorted out. I received the call that it was canceled and that I would receive a refund of the original amount of thirty eight dollars and then I would get my twenty eight back As well. Three weeks later and I am being charged again, An amount of twenty eight dollars I have been emailing and with calls with them back-and-forth with the same response of we canceled it. Youll receive a refund within this many days.I told them I dont care if I lose the down payment but what I dont like is that Im continuously being charged and continuously being told it canceled because at that point youre stealing from me. I have written responses and proof, As well as a recording of the conversations between me and their customer service that I recorded for myself records. Not their system recording, Where calls are monitored and recorded for training purposes. If the company does not give me my money back and stop charging me, I will press legal action. And I hope that nobody ever tries to book a trip with these people because it is too good to be true. Its a scam and its a lie.

    We're so upset with this company. Sales person ******* sold us LIES. I feel this company has scammed my family out of ***** and we still have NO HOTEL. We've done everything they needed us to do and they continuously keep asking for more money now they're telling us our credit score does not fit the profile when we were never asked to give anyone our social security number how can you find out someone's FICO and you don't have a Social Security number to run? We were told we needed to pay 400 to upgrade to the ******** we paid the 400 they called us today and tell us we can't stay there I feel like this company is just taking our money We have no more money to give A family of five three children we have requested time from work and school we do not want to fly to ******* in less than a week and be stuck there were nowhere to lay our heads based on what EZ Travel sold us. We've been paying on easy trips for 2 years and the fact that we couldn't even book a vacation without paying $998 first it's ridiculous. This company I believe is scamming people because of the information that they are leaving out. Please help

    My experience with EZ Travel trips has been seamless thus far. When purchasing my package with ****** she was very informative and answered all of my questions. When I called back to book last minute ******* went above and beyond to make sure I had the exact room upgrades I wanted. She was very knowledgeable and offered great customer service. I have no complaints.
