    These folks hardly ever answer the phone, and the benefits they promise are all a farce. I was told that I'd have options and all these things would be included.SURPRISE! No options. You have to pay for everything anyway. To go on the required timeshare visit, I had to pay $250 and once I was there they said it didn't count anyway. Over 2 months later, I got the certificates that represented 2/3 of the "bonuses" I was promised. Except, they're not for what I selected or wanted and guess what - I get to pay $300-600 for those, too. Don't bother. It's no deal, just an extra way to stress you out.

    Awful experience! Are they even in business still. No phone call returns or chats answered online. I am just out $1,000. What the hell!! Next will be getting my money back from credit card companies.

    I made the giant mistake of going on a timeshare sales pitch vacation which cost me a lot of money but I was til t was a package deal and Id get two extra free vacations and two credit card gift cards totaling $400 which offset much of my initial cost. The timeshare vacation was awful. The property was in ******* and was beyond a disappointment. I flew there and got a rental on my own dime. After that sales pitch I was immediately supposed to get a voucher for my cruise and all inclusive vacation - neither of which happened. Nor did I get my $400 gift cards. I reached out to them. Dead silence. It has been several weeks. I suspect I already cut my losses. Please dont fall for their gimmicks.

    ******* has really gone above and beyond to make our vacay extra special. She even got ** added an extra day foe an awesome deal!!! She is respectful and so sweet!!! She is the best!!!!!!!!! I definantely recommend ***************!!!!!

    ******************** recently purchased a vacation package from this company and I was a little skeptical at first because of some of the reviews, however I trusted my gut because I know most people only leave bad experiences and never positive ones. I activated my credit that I still had available to me. My family and I were able to go to ****** for the first time ever I am extremely happy that I was able to save thousands of dollars and I will be using Eztravel again in the future. When it comes to the reservations problems I didn't experience any they have a chat feature on their website for all those having issues getting through the phone line and they are very responsive.

    This company is a total scam. They call twice a week with the same lie that I have vacation left from the timeshare that I signed a quit claim four years ago, and they want to help me to get credit for my left over vacation by offering me one of their vacation packages. If you read all the requirements to book a vacation it would be easier to put a camel through the eye of a needle than use a vacation that you purchased from these scammers. This is a typical boiler plate operation where they must have someone yelling you are calling for dollars and stay on the phone. I hope this review will save a poor family from being scammed from this company that uses deceptive business practices. BEWARE

    I bought a package from them and cannot even get on their website to process any requests.I get an error message that is is not working, this has been going on for about two months now.
