    There's not enough room here to describe the essence of the issues at Indy Auto Man. You can see my post on other auto sites, or on their ******** page for more details. But whatever you do - DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE. You won't regret it!

    Jordins respectful approach complemented the dealerships welcoming atmosphere. He let me and my friend thoroughly examine the car and readily answered our questions; after a rigorous inspection, I bought the ** Jetta, as it was in a good shape, and reasonably priced.

    I was promised a second key to the vehicle. I agreed to the full retail price (PLUS paying their $750+ in fraudulent extras) because the comfort access keys for this particular *** is around $750 total as the dealer has to program it. I was told the key would be shipped out the next day, that was a lie. I was told weeks later the key was shipped, that was a lie. I was then told they sent the key to the wrong address (how do you mess that up?) and finally when an envelope shows up 3.5 months later with a hole in it and a $1.50 stamp Im told that Indy auto man held up their part of the agreement it mustve got lost in shippingApparently shipping an envelope without insurance that most likely didnt have the key in it (oldest trick in the book for a SHADY DEALERSHIP) is upholding their part of the dealand that its not their fault since it wasnt on the we owe even though my salesman told me specifically not to put it on their because well just mail it to you, you can trust me. After weeks of back and forth I was finally offered $350 towards a new key, keep in mind this is about half of what was required. However if I accept this I needed to sign a goodwill agreement - which is fine. However the non-disparagement clause on the goodwill agreement stating that I could never in a public forum say a bad thing about Indy auto man was a not fine! I decided to not give up my freedom of speech for $350 in hush money and rather warn potential customers to look elsewhere! I can deal with everything else I spoke about, but when you make a promise about something so simple as a second key just make it right. Its not that hard to keep your word. You could even use the $750 you already charged me for work not completed!Bottom line: Go elsewhere, dont trust a word they say. Youll regret it!

    They knowingly sold me a totalled out vehicle with an uneven frame that can't be fixed. The truck was sold to me Totaled Out an unsafe. The rail on the left side is 3/4" shorter than the rail on the right. I asked about previous accidents, there was nothing on the carfax and the they said it had a full inspection with a 4/5 star rating on the condition when we purchased. After spending thousands to fix what I thought was misalignment, it turned out to be an obvious chop job on a previous un***orted accident. Either Indy Auto Man knowingly dumped an unsafe vehicle on us or they never bothered to inspect it before telling us it was in great condition. When I called to find a solution management put me on hold, hung up on me and then had the poor sales *** call me back. Their offer was to take it back as a trade in, so I would essentially be paying for their mistake twice! I'm stuck with the loan, an unusable vehicle for my business, and cant get help of any kind. I can't even get a refund on the invalid warranty they sold me.

In an effort to accommodate you as a valued past customer, we extended a generous offer, despite your concern being brought to our attention more than a year after your purchase.Upon inspection by our service department at the time of sale, no issues were found with the truck, and there was no indication of frame misalignment. More than a year later, you reached out with concerns about a bent frame. While we do not agree with this assessment, we still offered to assist by facilitating a trade-in, providing an offer significantly above the vehicles actual value to help resolve the matter to your satisfaction.Unfortunately, you were not satisfied with this solution and instead requested a full refund, which is not a feasible option a year after the purchase. Additionally, since the vehicle has been in your possession for over a year with no prior reports of issues, we have no way to verify that no incidents occurred post-purchase.Regarding the warranty, please note that it is cancellable. However, we have not received any prior communication from you regarding a request to cancel. I will follow up with you today to guide you through the cancellation process.
