5 stars*** helped me compare the ***** 3, Kia ********* and VW Tiguan. After the test drive, I decided that Tiguan is the best fit for my family. It was nice, that I could compare all these cars at one place at Indy Auto Man car lot. ***, the sales agent and ***, the financial consultant, were assisting me during a purchase. 5 starsVisited several car lots in ************, comparing F150, ****** and RaM. Successfully closed the deal at Indy Auto Man. My husband and I became the owners of this mighty RAM truck. 5 starsI recently had a good experience at Indy Auto Man Car Dealedship in ************! I traded in my 2012 GMC Terrain for a newer 2021 model, and I was blown away by the fair and transparent trade-in process. The team was knowledgeable, friendly, and made me feel like I was getting a great deal. They gave me a fair price for my old vehicle and helped me find the perfect new ride. 5 starsWe've bought six cars from Indy Auto Man over the past 15 years, a ****** Frontier, ****** Pathfinder, Honda Pilot, Acura TL, and TWO Mini Coopers! We've not had a problem with any of them. That's more than I can say with past used car purchases elsewhere.Four of the cars were late model, but for older cars, I'd strongly suggest taking out one of Indy Auto Man's extended warranties. 1 starNO STARS! I got ripped off. I bought a car from this dealer from out of state. I was in the process of going over the details and suddenly their internet went out. I had been talking to a salesperson all day and said I did not want the extended warranty without getting info on it first. With the internet being down, someone called me and said my husband could sign the paperwork when he got there if I signed a Power of Attorney and a finance person would call me when they got the internet up. I said I did not have time to get it notarized as his bus was leaving. She said they would do that in house without me present. Meanwhile...I never heard from the finance manager. I never got any information about the warranty. My husband and I are separated and I was handling this myself except that he wanted to go get it for me. He assumed all the particulars were in order and signed the paperwork. I have the car with the warranty that I did not agree on and I never spoke to a finance manager about interest rates, payments, nothing. Meanwhile.. they will not call me back. I don't think that power of attorney was legal as I was not in the presence of a notary. I am going to get a lawyer.Review fromGalls M

I was looking at Benz autos at the Indy Auto Man car lot. There were several similar models to choose from, and ****** helped me with a decision and arranged the paperwork for the car purchase. I bought ******** GLA 250 in a good condition and think it's a real bargain.

1 starAt first was very enthusiastic about my purchase until the car started harshly shifting into first and second and third gears. And found out they didn't even service transmission like they should have now they are trying to give me a bunch of runarounds which is sketchy and shady business practices!!
