  Oak Motors Sold me a 2018 Grand Caravan. I took the first thing I see because I am desperate and need to get to my jobs. Approximately 12 hours later driving off the parking lot the check engine light comes on. Took it to Oak Motors service department in ********. Not only did the check engine light come on the dome lights, horn, and controls on steering wheel don't work. Took it to ******** 5/21. They take a look, said the wiring will need further investigation. They tighten the intake gasket, thinking that this will fix the check engine light, no it didn't. The check engine light comes back on. Take it back up there Monday 5/28. They were able to fix the wiring do to a woodland creature getting up in the engine and chewing a bunch of wires. Next day check engine on again. I take the Van up to ******** for the 3rd time in 3 weeks. I have been without a car since 6/4/25. They stated that the intake manifold is cracked and needs to be replaced. Oak motors does not have the decency to give me a loaner car. I keep asking and the answer is no because there is no transmission troubles. The manager at *************** said I need to lean on family. I told him that I don't feel comfortable with that. We went around in circles for several minutes. Asked if I could just bring it up there and get my money back, no they would sell it at auction and I would be still responsible for the payments. This company works for the devil himself. I have been relying on my family, and taking Lyft rides to get to work. I tried to get a rental car but my credit is too bad and it is so expensive to rent a car. I am at Oak motors mercy right now. Here it is 6/9/2025 and I am still without a vehicle.

  The Oak Motors on ********** ************, IN gave me an oil change and after the oil change, my car started leaking antifreeze and overheating . I told them my car was not having that problem before I went there or else I wouldn't have been able to make it there. They are still making me pay for the service . That is unfair and I feel like I've been discriminated against because I'm a female . People like discriminating against females in the auto industry and it is an injustice to me . .

  They will sell you an overpriced markup vehicle, and Will not honor any warranty that they give their service garage is a joke every time my car comes back from service. There is something else missingor broke. If you do have to get a vehicle from them I would recommend not sending it to our service department.

  Let me tell you their cars to give you fair warning does not work and I'm going to let you know all they do is Patch It Up and want you to pay when it is a serious condition with your car I purchase a car from them 2023 it was a encore Buick 2013 the electrical panel is a major problem and they want you to pay for that and also the finance company that they deal with is not right either *************** it's not a good place to be financed for their In Cahoots with each other respect you to pay your car note why my car was in the shop has been in the shop by the way since October the 11th also it stopped working on me at the end of September they told me that I could not get my car fixed until I catch up on my car note I work for living they're not trying to work with you they want to take from people who are trying make a living unfortunately I have to file bankruptcy because dealing with these people but that's okay my mother always told me it doesn't matter who you are you will reap what you sow

  Bad place to go get a vehicle from they will rip you off i got a vehicle from them about a year and half ago nothing but problems non stop with vehicle the timing chain broke on the car I had my mechanic look at it he fixed it then car still wouldn't start so I had Oak Motors come get it they looked over the vehicle then said I'm not covered under my warranty due to my mechanic fixing the problem then want to charge me 6700 dollars to fix it when it's still under warranty doesn't make sense they sell ***** rigged vehicles to the public over charge you for the vehicle this is a pure rachet that needs to be stopped these people have no integrity about them selves nor business practices

  I have been having issues with my car since the day I got it. Took it back to them and they said they couldn't find anything. Returned a again a week later and they found a issue with the front exhaust fan. Did they fix it NOOOO they told me I was going to have to pay for it. Took the car in a few weeks later and told them my struts were bad they told me it was my sway bar links. So I took my car in for an oil change at ******* and was told my struts in the back where leaking and mind you they send pictures so I called Oak Motors South and told them they did nothing. Now I have more issues with the car and they want me to pay thousands of dollar for them to fix it. NOT HAPPENING!!!! This place is a complete and total SCAM.

  I bought a 2014 ***** Cruze through Oak Motors in ******** IN. Im now stuck with a car that doesn't run, I owe 12 THOUSAND dollars on a car worth 2 grand. Oak Motors and Indiana Finance PREY on people who don't have a vehicle and need one... the car had 109 thousand miles on it when I purchased it a year ago. Had multiple problems with it and they never wanted to fix it. They **** up the prices on these cars TENFOLD and Indiana finance allows it. 15 thousand dollars on a car worth maybe 3500 at time of sale.. Oak Motors is a joke. Hopefully other people see this and all of these comments on here before they purchase through them. After a year and a half of payments of 500 DOLLARS on a POS car I still owe 12 thousand... y'all are the scum of earth for preying on people.

  They sold us a Malibu that needed the suspension and shocks and after that was fixed it still needs a knuckle. They've had the car 5 days and still have not finished up. I'm missing work now and that was the reason for going into this kind of debt. I don't think that the maintenance department is run by the same people since the salesman *************************** has been able to get the work included in the 90 day warranty. Not happy with the maintenance

  I bought a **** 500x thru oak motors in November of 2022. The amount of times my car has been in the shop is appalling! Every two months or so I bring it in and hope they can find what's wrong with my transmission they have told me they won't work on my car due to there being no code. But that they could feel my transmission riding weird but that they hoped it would break before the warranty ran out! Let's come to this last Friday my car wouldn't start so they bring it in "fix" it and by Monday my car was broken down again! Then you have to play phone tag for 3 days to get them to pick up my car again! Absolutely worst service ever but yall want me to pay ****** for a car. Wild!!!

  F*** Oak Motors! I promise I will be filing a lawsuit, no threat! First of all, I had a *** Through them, the engine completely blew a couple months after getting it, come to find out the engine that was in the *** didnt belong & there was an active recall on it. I ended up having to keep that *** for 3 years no matter what issues I dealt with early on. I was able to pay down my loan enough to trade my *** in so on 2/2/24(2 months ago) I purchased a 2016 Sonata, it started to make popping noises when i turned and the steering wheel was also making noises, the brakes are squeaking, it already needs an oil change but to top it ALLThe whole back end of my vehicle fell apart while I was driving on I-69 with my two small children with me. I was forced to tie the car back together with a couple of bed sheets that I had in my trunk just to be able to turn around & make it back home instead of going to our fun day we had planned. I literally drove home on the highway with the a** end of my car on the ground LITERALLY!!! I ended up finding a repair shop that was open late that evening & took it there because oak motors service department wasnt open that day since it was a Saturday. The repair shop confirmed that the car had previously had the bumper replaced terribly, the bumper didnt even have the clips & was being held together with body filler! I demand a refund for paying out of my own pocket to fix my bumper but of course I received nothing. They also told me the vehicle steering coupler needs fixed, fenders missing, engine belly pan is missing..etc & that I have to pay for it which totaled out to over $700for a vehicle is just purchased 2 months ago today, yea f***** right! They can Kiss ********* attorneys a** because thats where Im at with them! I am not the one!
