I am a landscape contractor and I submit tickets to 811 fairly regularly. Every time I submit a ticket, I receive an auto-generated response "No conflict/Clear no facilities" - even though the planting and removal of trees are directly next to the power lines/cable coming into the home. Then I write in my contractor comments that "this is unacceptable as we don't want to hit a power line and get electrocuted and need to have the lines clearly ****ed." Next, they send me another auto generated notice that everything is No conflict/Clear no facilities even though no one bothers to look where we are planting/removing, then - they **** the ticket COMPLETE. That's when I have to stop working and call USIC dispatch every time to get someone to physically come locate and **** the lines. It's a TERRIBLE system and needs to be corrected. There's no wonder many lines are cut every day. If only the companies who put the lines in the ground would respond to citizens who follow the rules to contact 811 before we dig!

This company will intentionally harm your animals even if they are secured behind a fence and will take measures to prevent you from taking legal action. This company is disgusting for what they do to animals. This company has no regard for animal daft and has been seen spraying chemicals into dogs faces and let dogs loose on the street into traffic. This company has nothing to do with animal care so the fact that they can cause this much damage to civilians pets is astonishing. If any instances like this occur, please report and take the highest legal action, this company will try to prevent you from doing so but this inhumane torture has to stop.

They wander through my yard most of the time without informing that they are here. When I go outside to find out why they are in my yard, they seem upset with me. They asked me about the project, and I thought they are used to **** before digging. I contracted out the work for the project, so I have no idea how the project is done. To top it off, the reason the last person was in my yard was to **** the internet, and my internet went out within 5 minutes after the person started marking the lines.

Their Surveyor let my dog out and then lied about it. I called the company and then she was extremely rude and told me they don't go in people's yards. When I informed her they in fact DO go in people's yards because we are in ********, not where she is in ********, she admitted she was wrong and asked me what I wanted her to do about it because she was sure he didn't let my dog out maliciously. Well, Lady.. how about Not open my gate without knocking on my door first? Or how about coming and telling me that you let my dog out instead of just getting back in your truck and ignoring the fact that you let him out and then lying about it when you let him out and leaving the gate open for my other dog to get lost too? Not one intelligent person in the whole bunch!

Horrible. Did bit properly **** my neighbors yard which caused the irrigation company to cut my cable. When USIC came to **** my yard for the cable replacement, they broke my underground sprinkler and have not reimbursed me for the $200 repair. This company is terrible.
