      I was told I would get 2 free plane tickets, 3 nights at a hotel, & a $100 giftcard. Went to the presentation. Did not receive our gift card & the 2 free plane *************** stay is NOT FREE. You have to pay $250.I even called ahead to see if it really was free and was told yes. The company lied to me. Why would I buy from them?!

      this company provides NOTHING for the purchaser, they are not forthcoming in their explanation of costs and never mention the maintenance fees due annually which can not be paid all at once, require monthly payments by a separate agency and are almost impossible to talk to. agents get "offended" when you are somewhat irate about their product. you sit for hours listening to their spill about how great it is and wind up getting nothing except a NON REFUNDABLE expensive binding agreement, which is in my opinion junk that preys on older people. I have seen only one good review and several poor. Not a reliable company.

      Scam we thought we could use the service but with my health issues it wont be needed we called to can el they told me to send a registered letter to cancel I did and received, the delivery signture back from them showing they received it, I am now receiving collection calls not a very professional company

      I was very impressed with the presentation and the friendly, yet *****************. The travel discounts and everything they have to offer are amazing. I recommend anyone who is serious and interested in travelling to contact Club Esprit ************* to see for themselves.

      This is the first time in years I had a presentation that made sense, also *** he was wonderful in explaining how all the products work and the understanding given. Very details on his examples this is how all presentations should be it shouldn't be about just the sell make sure the people understand what it is,couldn't ask for a better person to give the presentation. Yes as soon as I figure out how to make it work out definitely being getting the product for sure thanks ***.

      Received cold call offering a 3d/2n vacation (flight + hotel) or a 5d cruise for attending their 2 hr presentation. Arrived early (as requested) and sat through what turned out to be 2 hr 45 min presentation. We were not interested in purchasing the program. Vacation advisor said they would have to email me the "vacation certificate", but gave us a discount card for restaurants (which turns out to be lots of Buy 1-Get 1 offers). Followed up via email after 2 weeks and have never received further contact from them or the promised free trip.My advice: only attend if you are interested in joining a vacation club, and don't expect any freebies.

      We spent 3.5 hours in a presentation, but never received our promotional vacation. The whole program sounded good, however, we wanted to talk over the financial situation. Now that they are not holding up their end of the deal, my wife and I think differently about this company. We will begin our search for a company that comes through with their promises.
