      I don’t usually write reviews, but after Shawn mentioned a contest for 5-star ratings, I felt compelled to share my experience.
      From the moment I walked in, the business felt shady—like it could vanish in minutes. The marble contact paper on the front desk, overpowering tropical air fresheners, blaring reggae music, and cheap Big Lots furniture set the tone. Sales reps rushed through overpriced packages from $26,000 to $6,000 with 19% interest rates, selling the dream of lifelong family memories. It felt like a pyramid scheme, with desperate employees guilt-tripping us with personal hardship stories and throwing tantrums over lost sales.
      After a misleading, predatory presentation, a rep asked invasive personal questions, including where we live and why we aren’t married. The pricing—$26,000 or $15,000 buy-ins with monthly fees—was absurd, so we declined. That triggered an exhausting series of hard-sell tactics.
      The final “quality control manager” was the worst. He mocked my partner for not being married, making crude “bad knees” jokes. When we declined the $5,000 buy-in and “sampler” packages of $1,200 or $750, he lost his temper, slamming his fists on the table and berating my partner for not spending money on their travel plans. This elderly man, working out of a janitor’s closet biting his nails to the quick, resorted to outright hostility. My partner stayed calm, explaining the business model wasn’t appealing.
      As a final insult, the manager sneered that we’d regret paying “retail prices” and admitted the “free” gifts were useless—discount vouchers with hidden costs and a cruise requiring a $1,000 fee for a bottom-deck cabin.
      For those considering this travel club: be wary. Most accommodations are 1-3 star hotels, flights aren’t truly discounted, and sales tactics are uncouth. We initially stayed for entertainment value, but it quickly turned uncomfortable. I’ve worked in sales, yet I’ve never seen professionals treat prospects with such hostility.

      So after being lured in by a free vacation, we were given up to a 7 day cruise. Well, can't get a cruise of that length at our favorite port, okay, search all of them. None, not one, for up to 7 days at any port! Okay, what can I get? 5 days (leaving at 3:30 pm and arriving by 7 am is how they count five days by the way. Great! But it costs nearly $1,000 for port fees, etc. when I didn't even go yet. Fine. Then I cancel and no one at the cruise line can help me cancel because I booked it out of a travel agency.
      So then I tried the Esprit member website to book a hotel at a "discount."
      The hotel price on the main list (sorted by price) then said one price, but when you clicked on it to make the reservation, that price didn't show up anywhere!
      The bill has a fax number that doesn't work, it's out of service.
      The 1-800 number is an AI (sounds real) and doesn't understand anything you say.
      It took multiple emails to get it cancelled and I don't think it cancelled any ways.
      I hate to call anything a scam, but this feels like it, from start to finish.
      When we got to the club, it was let's make a deal on pricing.
      We were given astronomical costs all the way down to $500 trial as we were walking out the door. They couldn't get the paperwork right, We spent nearly an hour after everything in the customer service office trying to get our free vacation tickets and wound up talked into trying their service, which hasn't yielded me one time a good cheap result on anything.
      I have tried flights.
      I have tried hotels.
      I have tried car rentals.
      I have tried timeshares (it's hard to compare with other prices so honestly I don't know if it is or isn't "better" but it was too much for where I was going).
      I have tried travel promotions or add-on's.
      I see no tangible benefit to this "club," only a large amount paid and nothing to show for it, literally!

      this company did the bait and switch on us. We were shown how the site works with great pricing on travel and car rentals special pricing on gift cards and awarded a 3 day cruise. when trying to schedule the cruise we were left on hold for over an hour or told the system is down or just did not answer our call. When trying to use the site you could not get confirmation or items were unavailable. This company refuse to do the honest things as any business should and I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding and quite frankly whomever is the oversight on this business needs to investigate it.

      I have to say this was an amazing experience!!!1 Thank you so so much to Richard Allen for breaking everything down for my fiance and I, he gave us every advice possible regarding being a member with Espirit and we built a great relationship with him. Will be recommending this to anyone and everyone to join this because it is an opportunity that can't be missed.

      Rick Allen was excellent. They listened to our concerns and wanted to make sure they could help us and they did. They were not pushy at all. Thank you and we will look forward to our next vacation.

      Everyone was very nice and courteous. Did not feel pressured. I thought it was a great value. All questions were answered, and John was fantastic! Justin, Dan and Mike were all awesome!!!! Come visit them. I definitely recommend Club Esprit!!!
