    The entire process went exactly as stated. Everything from the initial quote, on-site visit, sales process, scheduling, and installation was easy and seamless. The entire team was professional, respectful, and courteous. ******, ******, *****, ****, and his full crew were outstanding. I would strongly recommend Factory Direct, and this team for anyone looking for window replacement services.

    I had quotes from six different companies and after careful examination I decided to go with Factory Direct. My decision was based on price, along with an unparalleled customer experience. (12 windows) My experience has been EXCEPTIONAL! ****** answered all my questions and took time to explain the whole process. He said if I have any questions to just call (they answer their phones). I watched the video on the installation and was so impressed with ***** finishing touches! I am picky about caulking; because of ***** craftsmanship I requested him to be one of my installers. The other two installers ************* did a great job too. The team was very knowledgeable, answered my questions, and executed the installation process seamlessly. **** and his team take pride in their work; I am so impressed and pleased with the finished product. I was shocked by Factory Directs commitment to excellent customer service! ******, who works in the office was professional, responsive and communicated promptly. All of these factors and people contributed to my wonderful experience! Thank you for making this dreaded home owner decision of getting new windows and turning it into a such a positive experience!

    Excellent service and installation by Factory Direct windows and doors MTL. ****, our consultation, listened patiently to our concerns and answered all our questions. The installers, **** and his team, worked efficiently and quickly. We had 12 windows and two doors replaced. They worked non stop for ten hours, no lunch break! They cleaned up after themselves and removed all wood, old doors and windows before leaving. Very professional! We will use them again when we redo the second floor of our duplex in a year or two.

    We purchased replacement windows from Factory Direct a couple years ago A piece fell off and **** came out to make the repair and diagnosed the true problem we were having **** worked very hard to correct the issue and we can already feel a difference Thank you so much for your hard work *******************
