Great install. The salesperson told us blinds would fit back but they don't. In contract it is not there fault. So don't believe everything the sales person tells you.Mike C

Great service from the time the representative came to our home, until the installation of our patio doors was completed. The installer was very cordial, he arrived early, and 2 hours later the installation was complete.Universal Windows Direct of Indianapolis

Worse service I could ever imagine. 2 no shows for measurements. Then no show, no phone call for installation appointment. What company does this kind of service. Yes, $ already paid too. We've moved furniture and took down window treatments 4 times now. Never ever would I recommend this company.Universal Windows Direct of Indianapolis

What a Joke!!! we got 6 windows replaced installer did a poor quality job, disrespectful, rude , unprofessional , I did contact universal windows when we noticed the poor job installer was doing they told me will call me back never did, installer damaged all the wall around windows !!!shame on the mess!!!! BIG MISTAKE we made choosing their services , STAY AWAY! !!!Universal Windows Direct of Indianapolis

This is the second round of windows we have purchased from Universal. We had a problem with one window and they didnt hesitate to custom make another window for replacement.The technician, **** was very friendly, professional and efficient. He even took the time to discuss some tips and tricks for using our windows. He also was sure to clean up when he was finished!
