    This company automatically enrolls you in some sort of plan when you order and charges you every month. They do not tell you of this plan when you're checking our. There also is not a way to cancel the plan on their site. Not even through the billing or account management section. I have only ever made 1 purchase and that will be shown below. I can't show that there isn't a way to cancel because it's just not there. I will show they do not let you know of any plan and it is not part of your order.

    **** ****** emailed us on 2/2/23 about reoccurring charges on his credit card on 11/22/22 for $1.73, 12/22/22 for $1.73 and 1/22/23 for $1.73.  I spoke with **** on 2/2/23 and told him we do not charge a reoccurring fee and we did not charge his credit card other than the original order he placed on 10/6/22 for $139.26.  Our website is not even setup to charge a reoccurring fee.  I went to our credit card processing website and did a search for the transactions he gave me and told him that the $1.73 charges on 11/22/22, 12/22/22 and 1/22/23 were not charged by us and were not in our account.  I offered to help him any way I could but told him we did not charge his credit card for any reoccurring monthly fees.  Please see the attached report from our credit card processing company’s website showing **** ****** was only charge $139.26 on 10/6/22 for the order he placed online.  There are not any other charges from 10/7/22 to the day I talked to him on 2/2/23. 

    In summary someone has stolen his credit card and made charges on it and made it look like it came from RodentPro.  We do not charge a reoccurring monthly fee.  The last I talked to him he was going to send me a screenshot of the transactions, but he never did and has not returned my voicemail I left him on the afternoon of 2/2/23.
