Good overall and definitely more cost effective (and reliable) than purchasing from pet stores, which sell out quickly, restock slowly and are ridiculously overpriced. With that being said, RodentPro has definitely raised its pricing over the past decade. It used to always offer free shipping, now it's only offered with orders over $100. They can be slow to ship your order at times. The rodents I received were always well packaged and still frozen thanks to the dry ice, but sometimes they smell slightly rancid despite being frozen, especially the larger sizes. There have been a few my snakes refused to eat due to the smell. Better quality control would improve their business drastically.

Like most businesses, we have had significant cost increases over the last decade for key raw materials, production and distribution assets, hard goods, energy, shipping and labor due to inflation.
We have a shipping cutoff that begins on Monday at 12:00 PM CT, Orders placed before the cutoff will ship the same week, orders placed after the cutoff will ship the following week. If you miss our cutoff please contact us directly and we will be happy to expedite your shipment if possible.
