    I moved in to my place on August 17, 2024. I have been multiple problems. My spare bathroom has mold in the shower, my toilet has been worked on three times and still does not work properly, the floor at the base of tub is lifting up from water damage, and the wall by the shower has water damage. The shower has been caulked by me twice and by them, but the caulk comes off after a while and the mold is still there. Each time that they fixed the toilet, it gets worse and continues to run which has caused my to go up since January. It even stopped working and now it doesn't flush properly. In the master, my sink is stripped according to maintenance and I need a new one. There is mold on the base board of the master bathroom that has spread to the connecting wall in the laundry room. One of the plugs in the living is coming off from the wall. The garbage disposal is
    rusted and smells really bad. The filter that goes above the stove for the fan was nasty. They took the old one and said that they replace it, but they never did. In the spare bedroom, the windows leaks if there is heavy rain. I put a towel there to keep the cool air out. We got a heavy rain and the towel was soaked with worms in it. The wooden window seal was wet and the carpet beneath the window. I have called at least at once a month and sometimes twice a month. The response is always the same. We will take care of it. They never do. If they do come, they will leave and say we will be back, but they don't come back. I have expressed to them that my patience was running out, but it feels like they don't care. Something needs to done about this because I pay rent on time and I just things to do be done in a timely manner and done the right way.
